Well organised for what is a typical tourist day out. Mountains/ zakopane and the thermal pools were good fun. Note that the minibus was full and some people did not get to sit next to their partners.

The entire experience was well organized, thanks to a professional and friendly guide who added depth to our exploration. The mountain views were exceptional, creating a serene and awe-inspiring atmosphere. Zakopane itself was like stepping into a fairy tale. The thermal bath experience was the cherry on top, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. Highly recommended!!!

Gubalowka was amazing. The views were unbelievable. The thermal springs made the whole trip. Out tour guide, Alice, was really good and helpful. Will definitely go again.

Amazing experience, start to end perfect trip. Mike our tour guide and Mario our driver were absolutely fantastic, so welcoming too! Full itinerary provided, gave us recommendations on where to go and visit with our free time in zakopane. Provided history and knowledge about all areas and great humour too. If you get the opportunity to do this trip you HAVE to! The views are just spectacular and to finish the day in thermal baths was just simply amazing. The day is about 12 hour trip with stops along the way, get to try local cheese and vodka at shepherds hut. Majority of places do accept travel card however, you are told for the smaller markets cash only in the wooden village there is an option to withdraw cash.
Fantastic way to see a different side of Poland

This was a fantastic way to spend the day. We we collected on time from the local pick up point and both the driver and our guide, Alice, were lovely and friendly and were a pleasure to spend the day with. We had good fun visiting the timber houses and the shepherds hut where we got to try the grilled cheese and local vodka. We were dropped off into Zakopane where we were able to look around the local market stalls and ride the vernacular railway to the top of the mountain. The views from the top were spectacular. We rounded the trip off at the Thermal pools which were beautiful and clean and delightfully warm. We went as a family with teenagers and were glad we took the decision to go outside of Krakow and see a different side of Poland. We would definitely recommend it.

Matthew was a great guide and gave good recommendations, especially as we were staying on in Zakopane (which we would recommend, the time given to explore doesn’t let you fully explore). The Thermal springs was more a swimming complex, but with multiple levels and pools.

Great but not what I expected

Was a nice easy day, plenty to see. However during off season (summer) it was not as pretty, the thermal baths were packed, full of kids. It was water slides and other fun things however was so many kids running around. The tour guide was very good tho and always messaged asking was everyone ok. Wouldn’t do it again but would recommend people to do it, it’s a full day and all organised for you
