Pickup details

The pick up time will be sent a day/two days before the tour. Usually it is 8:00 or 9:00 am. Please inform us about your hotel address, we will pick you up from there. We can pick you up from any address in Krakow, or within the radius of 15 km from Krakow city centre. After the tour we will drop you off either at your hotel or in any other place in Krakow. This is a fully private tour exclusively for you.

Just seeing so much snow and how beautiful it was our guide Paul was great I’m sure the others are but I would ask for him we will be doing the trip again

The mountains were beautiful and we very much enjoyed the campfire and snacks at the end of the day. Tomasz was super knowledgeable about the history of the region, very flexible about the day, and made sure we had a memorable time. He was kind enough to send us videos of our sleigh ride and some restaurant recommendations in Krakow. We also really enjoyed chatting with Tomasz!

The day was great from start to finish . Our tour guide was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed his knowledge of the local area.Zakapan was a magical winter wonderland and a must see if you visit krakow. The cable car ride to the top of the mountain was great and the views from the top were breathtaking. The sleigh ride in the national park with Bon fire and local food was excellent and a great experience . Over all this trip was the best part of our visit and would do it again if I return to krakow .

A long but very enjoyable day. Janis our driver was very punctual and friendly and looked after us all day. We were picked up at 08:00 from our hotel in Krakow. We were lucky enough to have good snow conditions and a clear blue sunny day for our day. Janis recommended the chairlift option as it was such a nice day which was good advice and gave great views. The sleigh ride was excellent and the team looked after us and shared some interesting facts and information. The BBQ was very good and tasty. My only observation is that all promotional photos show a sleigh pulled by two horses when all sleigh's are pulled by a single horse (even with 5 people). Not a big issue but a bit misleading. We got back to the hotel at about 19:30.

La excursion estuvo bien, solo estoy disgustada pues hable con un agente suyo antes de contratarla para preguntar si para estas fechas habria nieve, pues otra agencia que ya habia contactado me comento que solo la relizan hasta finales de marzo y me dijo que si. Lo que queriamos hacer es ir en trineo con caballos, evidentemente no pudo ser pues para estas fechas no hay nieve. Solo puedo mejorar la puntuacion pues tuvimos suerte de tener un guia que intento hacer lo posible para conpensarlo. Agradeceria que para los posibles usuarios de esta excursion sean mas sinceros.
