Spent most time in traffic. Language barrier. Driver asked where to go. I wanted a guided tour. NWI.

Our city tour was cancelled without anyone reaching out to us. It’s extremely hot currently in London, and the vehicle didn’t have air conditioning, which we understand completely, however, no one bothered to call, email, or even text us to let us know there would be no tour. We sat waiting outside our hotel for about 15 minutes before deciding to call, where we waited an additional 10 minutes or so for them to advise us that it had been cancelled. Terribly poor customer service if you ask me, I wouldn’t book again due to this. So disrespectful of a paying customer’s time.

Can’t say enough great things about my guy Leo from Brazil! Very professional and knowledgeable about London and all 32 boroughs. Did you know the Queen is the only person that can travel anywhere in the world without a passport? I didn’t know that, but Leo did. Highly recommended tour.

We had Leo has our driver tour guide he was excellent. He had information and facts during the entire tour. As well didn’t have us sit in traffic, he would reroute the tour so we could see many sites.

We were so excited to see the sights and experience London. We were NOT given the grand tour of London. He was NOT knowledgeable, and he really hated everything about London. I was very surprised they used him as a tour guide. MOST NEGATIVE person ever! The entire conversation revolved around how much he disliked everything about London including Pubs???? His knowledge of London was terrible. I do not recommend this tour if you are looking for something customizable with a knowledge driver.

We were given the grand tour of London guided by our driver Leo. He was knowledgeable, personable and a pure joy to be around. In fact, we enjoyed ourselves so much, that immediately after our tour we hired him again for today! He picked us up in a Porsche because we requested a car with air conditioning which the classic Land Rover is not equipped with. I can't say enough good things about Leo. Great conversation and knowledge of London. I highly recommend this tour if you are looking for something customizable with a wonderful driver. There are three seniors, including myself, in our group and this worked out better than expected. We may come back with a group of 7 next year and were delighted to find out they can accommodate groups up to 85 people. We will definitely use them again!! Viator doesn't have an adult Family without children option but that's how our group would be classified.

Even though the Land Rover was out of commission due to maintenance issues, we still had a great experience on Monday the 22nd. Our driver was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful!! So glad we didn't cancel when we learned we wouldn't be in the truck we originally booked.
