Loud radio but knowledgeable tour guide

Knowledgeable and fun tour guide, would recommend leaving the loud radio music off on all the drives everywhere. It was hard to listen to anything on my AirPods due to the radio on so loud.

The Windsor castle experience was amazing!! Going to Oxford and seeing the largest bookstore in UK nice. Stonehenge was amazing. The bus ride was smooth and on point with timing. Our tour guide Stephen was so Informative and fun to be around.

Lovely sites with minimal information

The sites from a visual perspective stood out as the most memorable aspect. Would have been nice to have been given more historic background considering we were together for 10 hours. Only 1 hour of info was provided. Your guide was very knowledgeable but not forthright in speaking about history. Also tour itself did not mention that there would be no tour of Windsor castle itself ( although there was vague disclaimer language in description), and could instead have offered lunch which was mentioned as a feature when we registered for the tour. They also should have emailed the group to tell them to bring lunch or snacks if they wanted or needed to.

Very nice but don’t waste anytime.

It was pretty cool and rainy that day. Waiting for almost an hour outside in the weather was the reason I gave it 4 stars. Inside the castle was very interesting and beautiful. The self guided tour was also very nice. We had a quick bite to eat towards the end of the Windsor tour. There was not much time to waste in order to get back to the bus in time for our next stop. We did Windsor, Stone Henge and Oxford in one long 12.5 hrs. All seemed hurried since you spend over 6 hours in the bus.

Not so good customer service experience

Not very happy with the service yesterday. We could have caught the tour at Windsor castle if someone guided us, and we did not need to pay extra today. Viator should refund our money. Noone picked up the phone in the morning yesterday, and Viator was not able to help us either. Seemed Viator and Golden tours are not communicating very well. Today when we came to the bus stop, Golden tour mentioned that they have not received our payment. Otherwise, the tour itself was very good. Wished we can spend a little bit more time at Windsor but understood that it had to stick with the schedule. The driver (Mario) and tour guide (Dan) today was very good! They are very enthusiastic and always helpful. Dan was also very knowledgeable about the history. It was so nice for her to give us some ideas about food, gift, etc. Thanks to both Mario and Dan!!! Excellent job!

OMG. What a great day! As a solo traveler, I had a great experience joining this group and being able to see more of England. Eileen was an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide - she provided so much knowledge and insight as well as some great humor into everything throughout the day.

Not worth it by far

I should have listened to my gut , while Again the tour guide is nice. She talks in riddles can't understand a word. We waited in the rain for two hours just to get into the palace but then only had 20 minutes to Stonehedge literally had 10 minutes. The last stop was the worst quite frankly it was pointless, she did not show us anything interesting she basically gave us 15 minutes to go out on her own with no clue directions how to get back to the bus and the worst part was we found out at the last minute they were dropping us off back at a different train station so I got completely lost and it took me an hour and a half to get back to my hotel. This tour was definitely not worth the money by far.

Decent trip, checkpoint done for Oxford.

The tour was great. Unfortunately, weather was not the best. Stephen and our tour guide were awesome. They tried to keep everything on schedule. One recommendation for Viator, for winter trips, three sight attractions is a stretch given the day light. I am sure people would appreciate two attractions as well. We wanted to do only Windor and Oxford in daylight but by the time we reached Oxford it was very dark. Would have loved to see Oxford in daylight. Winter and summer attractions should change. There should be an option just for Windsor and Oxford.

Paulie was our tour guy! The tour is very organized & on time if not early! Love the experience and so glad we got to visit all 3 places in 1 day!! You might need to bring snack & drinks as you might not have time to sit to eat. 5 star ⭐️ tour.

So many problems with organization on this trip Directions for pickup were incredibly inaccurate and unclear Our tickets to Windsor castle were not included as I had purchased-Viator was zero help and just continued to repeat that it wasn’t included even if it had been our time there would have been ridiculously short the lines for the tour groups to get I tk the castle was absurd- ride to Stonehenge was long but then you had to wait 20-25 mins to get a 4 minute shuttle - well considering the time table you get anyways you were likely to be left behind as you waited for the shuttle- my wife and I decided to walk back and almost missed our bus back as a result in trying to get through and back on time - Oxford time was limited to a very abbreviated walking g tour all outside went in no where could barely see anything as a result of being cold and rainy- not the tour company’s fault but seemed like poor planning in the way this tour is set up- so many more issues-tour guide wasn’t actually very knowledgeable- on his own city- considering the other tours we’ve been on while here in London- was inaccurate. I’ve done a ton of tours through Viator in the last but am definitely now questioning if I’ll use this service ever again.
