Great history and great bilingual tour guides

Pyramids: the pryamids was by far the best experience. Our tour guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate on Mexican history. We learned a great deal. Mexitours, who organized everything, was professional and responsive to our needs. We purchased the plan that included lunch which we felt was a good idea. Taxco and Cuernavaca: our tour guide was exceptional, especially as he transitioned from Spanish to English. He was full of enthusiasm and a great story teller. We enjoyed seeing parts of Mexico that we would not see on our own and the churches and points of interest were very informative and beautiful. However, the one thing that we found off putting were the aggressive sales tactics. The tour included education on silver mining. The people conducting the “training” would not let us shop in peace. We were constantly being pressured to buy and the prices that were supposed to be in Mexican currency conveniently charged to U.S. dollars. Our family felt like walking targets for getting ripped off. Because of this negative experience, I felt the need to downgrade my rating to four stars instead of five.

We already send your complain to the the owner to check this situation store but unfortunately we don’t have any kind of control over them, also the prices can be change to the currency you prefer. Los tours al Santuario de Guadalupe, Pirámides de Teotihuacan y Taxco estuvieron muy bien, con transporte en mini van cómodo y aseado, así como el guía turístico Jaime muy preparado y ameno. El tour a Puebla fue en un autobus con muchas personas para mi gusto, lo que dificulta mucho más la logística, hubiera preferido una mini van con menos personas para poder tener más tiempo en cada lugar visitado, el restaurante que nos fue recomendado en Puebla no es para bueno, debe mejorarse mucho más la recomendación y mejorar la logística para poder tener más tiempo libre.
