Maite was a fantastic guide. Knowledgable passionate, and went out her way to give us the best experience possible. The trip itself was filled historical information, the cafe was fantastic, and murals and architecture were incredible. 10/10 definatley worth doin if you have a free afternoon

This is a scam. Like many others who have posted here- the tour guide is impossible to get a hold of. Two hours prior to our trip we were finally told that our tour guide had an accident and could no longer make it (which I have read they have used this excuse before). I demanded they send us our ticket and a partial refund as our package included a tour guide. We haven’t seen the refund yet. Do not use Viator to purchase tickets- Ask your hotel if they have any before you pay triple the price. The Frida Kahlo museum was beautiful.

I was skeptical of this tour at first but it was actually a fantastic way to see the museum. Our guide was easy to meet up with and very knowledgeable about the museum and Frida’s life. He was also available all the way through to answer questions and make sure we saw important items. It only enhanced our visit to the museum. We opted to not join them for coffee and instead spend more time in the courtyard and at the gift shop. All in all, a great experience and recommended.

I think the experience was not the best, the guide was doing his best but you could tell a lot of experience was missing. Overall we were felling a little tired/bored when it could have been managed differently. But again he just needs a better training

Our tour guide was Maya. She was awesome! I knew several things about Frida going into the tour and Maya was able to answer my questions and provide insightful information I didn’t know. We talked about life in Mexico City, the changes of neighborhoods history throughout fridas life, and she even guided us to the town square where all market vendors for food and handmade products resided. The coffee after the tour was also very delicious. Don’t hesitate. Book this tour! If you get Maya as your guide, know that you’re in very good hands.

We had a worrisome time with getting our tickets, and didn't get until several minutes after our schedule tour had started. It was hectic and unsettling. But, it all worked out....sorta....we understood that we were paying for a three-hour tour, but only received a two-hour tour. But, our tour was a good one, and it was private. Our guide, Maite, was very, very good. Well-informed. could answer questions, and had pretty good English. She also had a good sense of humor. She was the redeeming part of our experience. Thank you. Isaac was amazing. He was so easy going and friendly. He gave us space and time to discover the museum ourselves while still offering up details that were not covered.
