Just received tickets - so the experience was good. Service is as expected for Viator. The museum however was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend if you are planning on traveling to Mexico City.

The Frida Kahlo Museum is a treasure, not to be missed if you are visiting Mexico City. I am so inspired by this amazing woman. You need to get your tickets ahead of time, or you will not likely be able to get in. I'm glad we booked in advance! The Diego Rivera Museum is also quite a treasure, full of pre-Columbian artwork juxtaposed with his own works. I highly recommend it!

Terrible experience. The Voucher stated that our booking was for 11.00 am and that tickets would be issued on redemption of the voucher. On arrival having queued for half an hour we were told our tickets were for 11.15. It was at this point 11.10 but we were told we had to go to the back of the 11.15 queue. By 11.30 that queue was not moving so we left. The whole organisation was ponderous and slow and the staff only just short of being rude.

Your service was lousy. We had to make multiple requests for the actual tickets. We had probably 3 emails saying "here are your tickets and or vouchers." Then told to contact the tour operators for the actual tickets. You also changed the time on us twice. Also your tour is mislabeled. This is the Frida khalo house museum. Not also the Diego Rivera museum.

Both of us were sick. The absolute refusal of Viator to refund our tickets is most memorable. Not even an attempt to give us a partial refund. We did not cost them a guide’s time as this was not a guided tour— it was only entry to the Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera museums. So, Viator not only made their usual profit markup, the entire cost of the ticket was also their profit. Total rip-off. I’m not using Viator again.
