  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 normal suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. If you excess the maximum luggage capacity you will be subjected to extra fee upon arrival.
  • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

  • Your Fligh Information/Hotel information are very important, without it we can not provide pickup time.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Great experience! I wish I had gotten our driver’s name, but he was great! Very friendly, picked us up from the hotel on time, and got us to the airport early. Would absolutely use this service again.

Great pickup! Would do again

Our driver was super courteous. We were stuck at custom for more than 40 mins at 330am but he still waited for us and greeted us very friendly. Spoke English and definitely felt welcomed and safe.

Not what we expected

The driver waited offsite and communicated by text. He was not waiting outside of customs as promised. The car was very small and full of trash. He did drive safely and we got to the hotel on time.

Just take an uber or taxi

No one met us when we landed. We waited 15 min and texted the # provided. No answer, so we took an Uber, which we should have done in the 1st place. If the driver is not there to meet you in the airport when you arrive, this service provides no advantage over taxis or ride sharing apps.

Pick up was a No-show, and did not contact me by phone, text or email. I had to grab a taxi at hotel to get to airport. I expect Viatior will refund my pre-paid fees for this. Ivill be contacting Viator to discuss.

I utilized Viator as a hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. And then did the same in return. This was a little more expensive then using Uber but the communication was very good and the experience was excellent. Anna, the driver was great. Interestingly enough she drove me on Saturday evening and then again early Wednesday morning in leaving the hotel. I would definitely use Viator again if I ever have the chance to return to Mexico City.

Communication was not consistent

The transfer from the airport to the hotel - Driver was late and could not communicate whether he was at the airport or on his way. Knew ZERO english. I don’t expect the drivers to be fluent but if you’re working with international travelers, they must know the basics. The transfer from the hotel to the airport- Excellent. On time. Communication was great.

1. The person that met us at the airport didn’t speak any English. 2. Driver was 45 minutes late. 3. The driver didn’t have AC turned on in the car and preferred to have the windows down instead. 4. Take an Uber! It’s cheaper, faster and better vehicles.

If you want to spend $45 to get from the airport to Condesa Roma instead of $7 you should use this service. They also upcharged me $10 per passenger after I had made the reservation which I had to pay to the driver in cash.

Viator sent us a driver to the hotel I had cancelled (Downtown Mex City) AND a driver to Gran Hotel Ciudad Mexico who got there late. First driver rerouted to Gran and I had to pay AGAIN in cash($40.00) Viator owes me $58.00 for our prepaid service
