This driver showed up early to my hotel and looked and acted professional. He drove well and his vehicle was clean. My first driver from a different company upon arrival at the Mexico City airport never showed up nor returned my call and I was stranded with no ride on a very busy day. I cannot give enough stars for amigo tours that picked me up at my hotel

Good and helpful driver got us to the Mexico City Airport at the right time for our morning flight. We wanted to depart the hotel at a later time but the driver insisted on arriving at the earlier time, and it is a good thing he did so. By the time we got through the slow and crowded check-in line, we just had enough time to make it to the gate. Good thing he came at the earlier time!

It took us an hour plus to get through immigration very early in the morning, but the host and driver were still waiting for us as we entered the terminal from customs and got us to the hotel in comfort . Excellent service.

This was excellent. He was waiting for me at exactly when I requested to be picked up and we got to the airport safety and easily. The only confusion for me was I didn't know when I was supposed to be picked up originally. I had to email them and request a time. They replied very promptly, but it would be a bit better if they would proactively email me first to get the ball rolling.

I had tried phoning the company Amigo Tours and could not get through - only available during working hours, but the reception at the hotel kindly called and Amigo Tours suggested a pick up time of 7.00pm I thought this was a little late but agreed on the telephone. When it came to the departure day the hotel mistakenly thought we wanted them to get a taxi for us - we thought we were getting into the Amigo Tours taxi - but it turned out to be an independent. Thank goodness we did - we found out afterwards that the Amigo Tours taxi turned up at 7.40 - with Mexico City traffic, this would have risked us missing the flight. Will definitely not use this service again.

There were communications problems with Amigo Tours who operated the transfers. No one called to confirm my pick-up times and then the driver was impatient waiting. He arrived way ahead of time to our flights and he seemed rushed to run off to get his next transfer. I could have arranged something at our hotel that would have been better coordinated and known to the hotel.

We were lucky to have the same driver for our return transfer from the hotel to the airport. I was concerned that we would not have enough time since the local authorities has allowed for a street march. Our driver was able to get to us in the central city and get us out using some short cuts and otherwise amazing backtracking. We made it to the airport with plenty of time. Will use this service again Amigo Tours on my next trip to Mexico City.
