Please note that the tour includes access by elevator to the Duomo terraces and the descent will be by foot. Please consider that there will be some stairs.
Please note that in case of adverse weather conditions (eg. bad storms, unexpected extreme events), or unforeseen circumstances (eg. monuments sudden closures, train/flight cancellations or delays) we do not guarantee a full refund. The company will examine each case and act accordingly.

Loved the rooftop portion of the tour. Daniela was very knowledgeable and very accommodating when one of the guests was afraid of heights. This is my second tour of the Duomo and I have truly enjoyed both.

We had Clarissa as our guide for the Duomo. Although the tour started with difficulties with the headsets not working, the tour was nothing short of amazing!! Our guide was engaging and shared a lot of facts about the building of the Duomo and how the church is used. She was energetic and engaging and had a personal connection with the Duomo and the city of Milan. I would definitely recommend using Ways tours for tours in Milan.

It rained that day so the guide did her best to keep us dry and entertained. While we couldn't go to the terraces we did have the ticket to go. While it was interesting to hear the guide she had us mostly sit in the pews while she spoke to us for a while. It would have been nice to be able to walk around a bit more and experience the inside of the cathedral. We even asked to do so but she'd just say in a few moments and then go back to talking about stuff a little too far removed from the history of the church.

Antonio was a great guide! He has lived in Milan since he was young, so he gave a lot of personal reflections about what we were seeing as well as the historical information. The views from the roof were incredible, and being able to skip the line really sped things along. The personal radios to hear his commentary were the way to go. He could walk and talk so we didn't have to try and hear what he was saying through a speaker like some other tours. Great price for the experience. It's also nice that they only do small groups. I was able to book the tour that morning!

The Duomo in Milan is a must-see! It was great to be able to skip the line. Unfortunately our tour guide did not provide very much information. For large parts of the tour he did not say anything.
