Hi Donya, I'm very sorry that the experience was so frustrating for you. We work hard to make sure all of our guests have the best time with us and clearly we failed in this case. As a general rule, we don't provide parking solutions for our activities, although if you message us in advance we will happily research the best options for you. The wine tasting takes place in an ancient wine bar in a beautiful neighbourhood, but perhaps the parking options could be better. Our cancellation policy is 24hrs, so yes if you cancel with less than a day's notice then unfortunately there is no refund available. I'm sorry also for the confusing communication regarding our app: You don't need to download anything to be in contact with us, what my colleague meant to say was that if you had replied to the reminder message that we sent you (via text message), then we could have immediately responded.
