What To Expect

Your tour begins on Piazza del Duomo, beneath the arches of the Benneton store. Here, you’ll greet your guide and immediately launch into a historical overview of the Duomo, the third largest Catholic church in the world.

Begin by admiring the Duomo’s grandiose Gothic façade, replete with gargoyles, elaborate carvings, and statues, and then, with your skip-the-line ticket in hand, you’ll bypass lines and head straight to Duomo’s elevator for the short ride to the summit of Italy’s biggest cathedral. At the top, you’ll be mesmerized by panoramic views of Milan and gain an alternative perspective of the 3,400 statues that decorate Duomo’s façade.

If you’re feeling brave enough, ascend 50 steps to the cathedral’s highest point for the ultimate view of Milan’s skyline and see the golden statue of the Virgin Mary.

Your tour concludes at the exit of Duomo.

The elevator has a maximum capacity of 7 people

The monumental complex might close the elevator used to descend for security reasons; in this event, the descent will be done by stairs

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This was a great tour, really good being able to skip the line and access the roof quickly and into a relatively quiet area. Once you reach the very top it's busy, but the guide was great, and very informative. Would recommend this as its so much better to know a bit a out where you are, not just look around.

Is a beautiful place to be seen and learn about over 5 centuries of construction. Is a little phisical for elderly people. The place is crowded as a top city atraction.

Very cool experience! Guide was knowledgeable and allowed enough time to view and take photos. We opted to only go on the rooftop but we exited through the inside of the church so got to see both.

Not an accurate representation

Felt very rushed. No real explanations just timelines…. Didn’t make it known in the description that we would be walking down hundreds of stairs and the lift was only for the way up. I specifically chose this tour because I have terrible arthritis in my knees and can’t do stairs . Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this tour. It wasn’t at all with the price.

Our tour guide was just great! The views from the top were just awesome. I mistakenly purchased the rooftop only. Couldn’t go into the cathedral and I would suggest getting the rooftop and cathedral because it was beautiful.

The meeting place was easy to find and the young man checking you in was very friendly. The tour guide not so much. The view from the rooftop was just breathtaking but wish the tour guide allows more time and not rushing the information and to let us enjoy the view. I understand it was late and almost at the closing time. Overall, I would recommend this
