Seeing Milan through Dalara's eyes

Our 2 hours with Dalara was very informal and relaxed. We enjoyed her company very much. She took us to the Sforza Castle that has a lovely big park behind it. This is were she likes to meet her friends and hang out. She took us to her favourite pastry shop and her favourite take out place for panzerotti. Dalara was an absolute delight!

Our tourguide was an hour late

Luckily I messaged our tourguide an hour before the tour because we had to walk 40 minutes to the meeting point. Half an hour before the tour she texted saying she is half an hour late, later at the time she was supposed to be there she texted again saying she needs another 20 or so minutes. It was raining and cold and already 3pm and it's winter so it would've been dark soon. We think she forgot about our tour and left wherever she was before and that was probably not that close. At least the operator was quick to response and refunded us the whole tour super quick. Operators are great, our tourguide was not. We wasted almost 3 hrs with walking and waiting.

We do our very best to have a smooth tour confirmation process but there are certain aspects of the process over which we do not have control. The Lokafyer assigned to you did not check her emails to see the tour confirmation email that we had sent to him despite informing us that She was available to conduct the tour. As you can imagine, the Lokafyer not checking their email is not a factor that we can possibly control from our end. This is a real shame as we were so looking forward to your tour in Milan and showing you what makes Lokafy experiences so wonderful. Lovely guide

We had a wonderful evening wandering around the streets of Milan. Our guide was vey helpful, he meet us out the front of our accommodation. We were shown the local places to eat, the historical parts of the city. Overall a fantastic night.
