After boarding the Clipper City, take a comfy seat on this replica of a lumber-hauling schooner and get ready for an entertaining trip around the waters of New York City. Enjoy some tranquility as the boat sails around bustling New York City. Take in the views of the Brooklyn Bridge, Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, the Brooklyn Waterfront, the Empire State Building and One World Trade Center. While you're sailing about, quaff a cocktail or other beverage (at own expense) and listen to some live jazz from acclaimed jazz guitarist, Joe Cohn, joined by accomplished saxophonist, Avram Fefer, and other guest musicians.

No seats for all and small sail over booked. So pathetic to drink Wine in color plastic glasses. This is USA and people have high expectations. At least they should use disposable cheap clear wine glasses. Jazz music is substandard.

11/9/13 We really enjoyed the jazz cruise the atmosphere was excellent along with weather and the musicians.
The drinks at the bar were very reasonable which was a pleasant surprise. We would highly recommend this trip.

Had a wonderful night on the clipper jazz sail. It was a beautiful night , music was great and seeing Statue of Liberty and Freedom Tower all lit up was breathtaking. Definitely recommend this trip

Friendly crew, nice boat but after sailing in the Caribbean a few times on a similar boat I'd like to see a few more secure places for the guests to sit. High winds made the return ride rougher than expected. The Capt. needs to have his crew more attune to his needs than they were ,once the weather turned, for safety sake.
