Great tour of Central Park and felt safe on bike lanes to get there and thru the park! Very informative yet sometimes the group wasn't all together before starting to explain the site. Good bikes and helmets included.

Dan made the bike trip fun. He is very funny and he takes lots of pictures of everyone while biking. He makes frequent stops while biking to talk about the area so if you're like me and have trouble going a little up hill you know he is stopping shortly thereafter to chat about the area. After I saw that was the pattern I felt better when I felt tired like how am I going to go on :).

Our guide, Dan, was informative and very knowledgeable. Loved his enthusiasm and interest in our group. The park is a must see and riding through it on a bike is the perfect way! The bikes were in good condition and the route was easy on the legs -- minimal hills.

Issac our guide was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and super nice. The reason for 4 stars is because the company charges a $1 pre authorization on your credit card at check in, but will not refund it when you return all the gear. It’s an unethical money grab.

This has to be THE way to see Central Park. Forget the horse drawn carriages, cycle with a friendly group and a brilliant guide. Dan is indeed the man. Brilliantly entertaining, funny and knowledgeable. Dan made the tour every bit as much as the park. Absolutely fantastic.

Not a leisurely bike ride through Central Park nor is the company set up for any problems on the ride. First disappointing tour we’ve booked through Viatour. The bikes gears were not checked to see if they were set correctly nor was anything offered such as an e bike. We are 70+ years old and after the tour guide left us because she had a full group of people (I don’t blame her,unfair to the other riders). We had to walk our bikes back through Manhattan to get back to the bike shop. No refund, no nothing from the bike company. We’ve done bike trips before and this companies motto is take your money and anything that goes wrong not our problem!
