Meet the team outside the Eiffel Tower, without passing any security checks. They will be near the trees and benches outside the South Security Entrance (Entrance #1) on Allée des Refuzniks. The representatives will have orange hats and signs reading "ExperienceFirst" or "ExperienceFoundry".

Meet your guide and fellow Eiffel Tower climbers at the meeting point, then join the queue for Eiffel Tower tickets (included). It can take up to 90 minutes at peak times, but your guide will keep you entertained while you wait with fun facts about the tower.
Next, follow your guide up the stairs to the second floor viewing platform, a total of 674 steps! Make a stop along the way to learn about Gustave Eiffel and the history of the tower, then enjoy views of the Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame Cathedral, and many other Paris monuments.
Your tour ends on the second floor, where you can take the elevator down, or—if you booked the Summit Access tour—ride the elevator up to the summit. If you booked the combo tour with a Seine River cruise, your guide will provide tickets that can be used at any time.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Ana was the most incredible tour guide with the best personality and stories. I’m not normally a fan of tours because I like to see things on my own, but Ana completely changed our experience from boring to full of life. Her stories about the tower and facts she shared were so memorable. She was so attentive to all the guests, made sure we all could hear, and took care of us with every detail as we passed through the extensive security at the tower. Everything about the tour started on time (meeting, tour, tickets etc.). I would definitely recommend doing this tour with the agency rather than on your own, even if tickets are cheaper. I wish we could recommend Ana to anyone coming to Paris. What a charming and joyous person! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Wonderful views of the city from all levels. View from the top was amazing. Architecture of the tower itself was impressive. Our tour guide, Sid, was knowledgeable and entertaining! Learned a great deal about the tower…certainly recommend having a knowledgeable guide!

Danielle was a great guide and kept us entertained. Couldn’t get to the top which was disappointing. A good experience though. The boat trip was fine but due to high river level we couldn’t get to see the part of Paris we wanted to.

What a wonderful experience! Natalya was our tour guide and she did such a good job keeping us entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed being with the group and learning about the tower’s history. Our guide was so good at getting us in quickly too! We loved it and would do it again.

Our tour guide, Katie, was knowledgeable, entertaining, and a lot of fun. But we really didn’t need this tour. We could have walked up and bought our own tickets, which I didn’t think was possible because everything was sold out online.
