      This Castle is a hidden gem. You see this huge building in front of you and don’t realize the historical value of it in history. It has as many as 4 levels and each one adds to the story. Can’t tell you more but we believe anyone who goes there will be amazed. But go buy yr own ticket at the entrance yourself as it’s so easy and staff was great

      Comprei ingresso pelo aplicativo cheguei na hora e local indicado não havia ninguém para trocar os vouchers pelo ingresso e mesmo acessando ajuda do aplicativo não consegui resolver o problema. Perdi o passeio, o tempo e o dinheiro pois faltam que não tinham o que fazer e não me deram a possibilidade de cancelar pois estava menos de 24 horas! Resultado sem passeio, perdendo tempo e pagando por algo que não aconteceu! Não indico!!!! O que indico para todos e o aplicativo Get Your Guide. Esses são sérios!

Portanto, não há necessidade de encontrar ninguém lá. Bastava descarregar o bilhete e apresentá-lo na bilheteira conforme as instruções que lhe foram enviadas com o bilhete. Você me ligou e eu lhe dei o código com o qual você poderia retirar os ingressos na bilheteria, mesmo que não tivesse encontrado o voucher. Enviamos os tíquetes e oferecemos suporte extra por telefone durante o período em que nossos escritórios estão fechados. Portanto, acho que não mereço uma classificação tão baixa. Convido você a ler os e-mails que recebe e a ler as instruções que lhe são enviadas, caso contrário, não poderá ter uma boa experiência com a Viator ou obter seu guia

      Accueil très mauvais , on dirait des gardiens de prison et manque d informations pas d application pour expliquer le lieu De plus on a du faire la queue en plein soleil et la fontaine intérieures était arrêtée

Me and Viator tried to contacted you many times by mail and by WhatsApp. You read our messages but you never replied. So, I don't know where you booked the admission ticket. For sure not with my company. Honestly I wondering how you can review a service if you didn't have it....
