Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This was a great cooking class! Starting with the tour in the market to gather the items with Roberto, to working in a great kitchen set up, I couldn't have asked for a better event. It was exactly as described. Roberto was a very easy going teacher and fun. We made a great 3 course meal that's easy enough to do at home. I definitely recommend this!

Chefs Marco and crew were terrific! Thanks for a memorable day. They went out of their way to connect us to a fine local wine trip outside of Rome for a couple days later and we truly appreciated the efforts they made on our behalf.

The chef asked us what we wanted to learn to cook. He was very easy to understand, He made it fun. We were served delicious snacks and drinks between lessons, The kitchen space is really nice. Highly recommend.

It was nice to meet at the market and to learn about the different vegetables I wish we would have spent more time walking around. It’s very colorful. I loved the menu. I enjoyed making fresh pasta and learned how to prepare some ingredients I had never cooked with before. I would have liked to be more involved preparing the main dish Felipo and Teresa were great.

We had an amazing time at this class. From the wonderfully fun walk through the market to the incredible dessert, this is a must for all the cooks out there. Felipo was so very entertaining, the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this event.

The class started out a little rocky. We, along with the instructor, met at the market only to find it was closed! (Such is life in Rome during August) He improvised by arranging for a cab for us and we went to a local Eataly to shop there, which was quite fun. Based on the preferences of the group (we were a small group - just 8 of us) he chose the ingredients for the menu. We then went back to the cooking school, where a member of the management team was there to personally apologize for the mix up (which was clearly not their fault - the market hours listed indicated it should have been open). The cooking school was wonderful - there was plenty of space for all 8 of us to work. We cooked a delicious meal which included 3 courses and dessert. I cook quite a bit and was worried that the experience would be too basic. But, it was not - I learned new things and the instructor also took the time to teach our girls some techniques - we all had a great time. The meal itself was outstanding. While we did help to prepare it, the chef/instructor put the finishing touches on and it really felt like we had a private chef preparing a gourmet meal for us. We ate in a dining room separate from the kitchen, which was also quite nice. Our instructor/chef was personable, warm and great fun to get to know. I would absolutely recommend this experience!

Nice cooking class with nice people

We had a nice time, with an friendly cook, who took us to the market and the butcher first. What we did not like was the planned visit to two market stalls, obviously with the intention to let us buy there something. But after that, it was a pleasure to follow the class. We made delicious food end after the class, we had a nice lunch together. Absolutely value for money. I had the cokking class together with my sons ( 34, 32 and 32 years, we all liked it)

A very delicous and rewarding cooking class

We met Adri (our chef) at the market on a sunny winter day and decided together what we were going to cook. We learned a lot about typical vegetables we didn't know (broccoletti, puntarelle and lots of other wild salad types), sicilian tomatoes and the meat you use for ossobuco. The modern cooking school is in a beautiful ancient buildung three steps away from the market and we started right away with a caffé... We cooked three different types of artichokes, made ravioli with broccoletti and ricotta, ossobuco and a semifreddo/vanilla and lemon. Adri was very nice, explained everything – also scientifically, if needed –, he is very much into regional, 0 km, vegetarian – but doesn't try to make people think the way he does. We had a lovely time with him and everything was delicious. Mille grazie!
