    Customers will be dropped off at Pier 41/ Pier 39. Driver will direct customers to the Escape from the Rock landing. This ends the bus transport portion of tour. Customers will need to make their own way back from where they came.

The trees are big and beautiful. And the boat tour was even more amazing. Wouldn't recommend Muir Woods for the young ones, unless they are into hiking. All I heard was screaming mimi's everywhere. It really took away from my experience. Kids get bored and then get mad and cry

You chose to undergo a great combination, on the one hand, experience the majestic redwoods trees and, on the other hand, enjoying the escape of the rock adventure onboard the Cruise. Let me take the opportunity to mention that families with young kids can bring their strollers on our buses, so they can use the paved paths at Muir Woods and explore them in a more relaxed way. No room for us on the tour

We purchased tickets to the Muir Woods/Sausalito/Alcatraz tour on 7/14/19. It said to be at the bus by 800am to leave. We showed up and were told our reservation didn’t go through. Viator had issues, and “someone should have contacted me”. Wasted trip to catch the bus, not to mention our disappointment. Gray lines allowed us on the 1:45 tour, but we had to reschedule our whole day.
