Overview

Go sailing on the San Francisco Bay on a spectacular sailboat cruise from Pier 39 at Fisherman's Wharf. Head to the Golden Gate Bridge for sweeping views of the Marin Headlands, Tiburon and Sausalito, then glide across the bay, passing Angel Island, Alcatraz Island, The Presidio, Crissy Field, Ghirardelli Square, and the Bay Bridge. You can enjoy two complimentary glasses of sparkling wine, beer or soda, and ask your captain and crew any questions you may have along the way.

What To Expect

This Golden Gate Bridge sailing tour is a perfect sightseeing experience for travelers without a ton of time to spare while in the San Francisco area. To begin your cruise on the San Francsico Bay, meet at the designated spot on Pier 39 in the Fisherman’s Wharf neighborhood.

After you board your boat, find a seat, and relax as you are given two drinks—either wine, beer, or soda—during this tour.

Take in views of Ghirardelli Square, Aquatic Park, the Presidio of San Francisco, Crissy Field, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the San Francisco Bay Bridge as you cruise. Your captain and crew don't provide commentary but can answer any questions you may have about San Fransico.

Once you arrive back at the pier, you can take home a souvenir koozie to remember your time in the city.

The main attraction for me was the sailboat under the Golden Gate Bridge but what I got was much more than that! Even though my trip was at 9 am, the bartender, with really nothing ro do, was a laugh riot! The view under the beautiful sails was worth the early morning wakeup call. 2 Cebts: Dress warmly and get ready for a great time on the water.

Waited at the dock when got a txt trip cancelled... Wish they could have told me that before I got up at 7 and then walked 3 miles.... IDK who's fault it is but call before you go is all I can say.

It was a small group, but I think that made it even better. They treated us super well and made sure to make the day special. You get to see Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the skyline from unique perspectives, and sailing was very relaxing.

Elliot and the captain (forgot his name, so sorry!!!) were awesome! Really nice guys, took time to answer any questions asked and were super considerate of the guests needs. Boat was in great condition and the tour was really fun. Nice to see SF from the water. Such a great city!
