Savor a taste of Chilean wine history during this 4-hour visit and tasting trip to the country’s Undurraga Vineyard with a small group. What To Expect

Get picked up in the morning from your hotel in Santiago (includes the districts of Vitacura, Las Condes, Providencia, or the city center), traveling aboard an air-conditioned van for 21 miles (34 kilometers) to the Undurraga Vineyard.

Learn about the history of this longstanding winemaker as you discover the stories of how they became the first Chilean vineyard to export their product to the United States. You’ll also spend time exploring the various attractions located on the vineyard grounds, including Undurraga Family Park and the “Aliwen Corner,” which documents the culture and wooden sculptures of Chile’s indigenous Mapuche people.

Then proceed on a tour of Undurraga’s winemaking plant, take a look inside the historic Santa Ana de Talagante cellars dating to 1885. Cap it all off by enjoying tastings of three of the winery’s reserve wines served in a souvenir tasting glass. Visitors hoping to take home a bottle of their own a wine-themed memento will also have an opportunity to peruse the on-site gift shop.

At the end of your wine-themed excursion you’ll be dropped off back at your Santiago-area hotel.

Our driver Marcelo picked us up on time and we had an interesting sightseeing tour of Santiago picking up other guests. On arrival at the vineyard we took an English tour of the stunning grounds and cellars from Javiera, and excellent and knowledgeable guide. We tasted 4 excellent wines (generous samples) and left with gifts of souvenir wineglasses in which to enjoy the wines we purchased.

We were forced to cancel this trip the night before, as the operator informed us that we needed to be picked up 2 hours prior to the advertised time of 10:30. We found this to be very unreasonable and we said as much but they were not receptive at all to our request. It was not possible for us to agree to this timeframe so we were forced to cancel and loose our money

the tour of the vineyard was excellent. Bianca was great. our driver Manual not so wonderful. we didn't like him at all, he was not concentrating on his driving, and we were all over the road several times. unfortunately he did not get a tip from us. he was also a bit impatient and was not very accomodating as we had 2 people with walking canes. would not recommend him as a driver at all. he needs to improve his skills.

Interesting tour to winery with tasting.

We were picked up at our flat, from a nice driver, Roberto, who also drove us back home again. Well at Undurraga winery, we were taken good care of by our interesting and friendly guide. We really learned a lot from her, and she also spoke very well English. Tasting so many different grapes, was something quite new for us. We were really able to taste the difference. After a tour around the winery, we got to taste four good wines. We would really recommend this tour!

Amazing place, during the tour the guide explained all of the details that are necessary for a good wine production. The negative point was that As we were the first to be carried by the van, we had to leave too early from the hotel.

Great place, garden, museum, and of course the wine guiding and testing, although the guiding only was in Spanish which would be a problem if don't understand a bit or if you don't know the vinemaking process in advance.

The tour was nice, the pickup was precise and we had a nice time at the winery. However, I think the price was a bit too high, and the description of the event did not correspond with the project. We were expecting a small personal tour, and were picked up in a small vehicle, but the actual tour had 40 people in it and was not personalised. But the guide was great, and we had a nice day.

Há muita desorganização no turismo em Santiago, o transporte atrasou 40 minutos, o motorista não localizou o hotel Marriot tivemos que ir ao encontro dele, não localizava o hotel Mercure para buscar as outras pessoas e no trajeto dirigiu acima da velocidade permitida, errou o caminho para a vinicola não sendo prudente, foi uma experiencia horrivel. A vinicola não tem guia em portugues (conforme vendido) e teve uma apresentação simples e comum com certa desorganização, não vale a pena, muito ruim
