What To Expect
When the mysterious hour of dusk rolls around, meet your guide in front of the church at San Germania Square, located in Venice’s Cannaregio district. Bordered by the Grand Canal on the north, this area was once the site of the city’s Jewish ghetto, and its historic streets are steeped in centuries of legends.
Follow your English-speaking guide on a walking route that leads through a maze of hidden backstreets and quiet canals. See a side of Venice that only emerges at night as you listen to tales of the curious and macabre, including stories of ghosts sightings and other paranormal activity.
Escape the crowds and discover the dark side of ‘the floating city,’ where history and intrigue lurks in every empty piazza and narrow alleyway. The 2-hour tour concludes at Santi Apostoli Square around 10pm.

The guide was hard to understand and rambled her way through an overly long tour...at the 3.5 hour mark we excused ourselves even though there were three stops to go. It was a twiight to after dark tour, and yet we were taken to several panoramic views that we couldn't see because it was dark. Altogether, it was long and not very entertaining or informative.

It was ok. Informative. The guide was knowledgeable but very very monotone so it was hard to follow. Her English was not fluid, the monotony and the accent made it hard to stay engaged.
The tour is a regular tour with a couple of half cooked legends in.
We were looking for something different to engage and excite our 13 years old son after three days of historical tours. It don’t accomplish that. We barely stayed engaged.
We did like the use of individual audio To enhance the guide voice.

Was pretty good. Lots and lots of walking. Our guide was an older lady. She was a bit hard to understand and the stories were kind of dumb. LOL. Not scary at all. Lots of great info about Venice so was interesting but a lot of walking for weird stories that hard to follow.
Molto bene!

This tour was not really a 'Ghost' tour, but was an interesting way to see the other parts of Venice away from the tourist areas.

This tour provided a really nice overview of the Cannaregio District at a beautiful time of day. While there were a couple of little tales of the supernatural, it is pretty difficult for me to classify this as a ghost tour. Take the tour to explore and learn about a less visited section of Venice, not to be thrilled by ghosts and mysterious legends..

I wouldn't go so far as to say there was anything scary but our guide told many interesting stories and how the root of certain phrases began in the ghetto and became part of our every day language today including the meaning of the word ghetto. As with all the walking tours in Venice - be prepared to WALK!! Lots ot bridges to climb up over and down. I have a hip problem so was a little pokey, but our guide was terrifically patient with me being slow. She was also more than willing to answer questions not only about the tour itself but about Venice as well. All in all a wonderful experience and one I would easily reccomment.

This was a good tour worth its price. I would drop the word ghosts from the tour as there were not really any ghost stories, but it was still great. We wandered around several areas of Venice that we would never of went without our guide. All in all this was a very reasonably priced tour that will show you some hidden nooks and crannies of the Cannaregio district at night, which is really neat. Great little tour before a late dinner.
miserabel, unfreundlich

miserabel! ich buchte eine deutsche tour und sie fand französisch statt. zwei schriftliche anfragen im voraus blieben unbeantwortet.
Response from Host, Oct 2023
Dear Isabelle, you send us just one message to which we never received your reply back. As we have explained to you, on Thursday the tour is only offered in French, so it was not possible for you to book in German.
Kind regards
