We had a fabulous drive meet us outside of baggage claim with a sign with our names on it. Helped with out luggage get us to a nice luxury van. 30+ min van ride to where our boat was waiting. Again helped with luggage. Got us onto our boat. The boat was very nice. Pretty ride and took us right to our hotel. Fabulous! Highly recommend!

Tour operator didn't tell is there was a regatta on this day when we booked, so we paid extra for a tour of the Grand Canal we didn't get, spent less than 2 minutes in a boat and were dropped about a 20 minute walk (which seems like hours in Venice when you have suitcases and your pregnant! ) from our hotel, so another service we were not told they couldn't fulfill...but of course, they took the money! Awful service and after service response...cowboys! Avoid

Smooth transfer. Picked up right after exiting customs and driven to Piazza Roma, where they helped load luggage onto a water taxi and took us to our hotel. Could not have been any faster.

I purchased a package for transfers for my wife and I from the airport in Venice to our hotel. It was a combination of ground transportation and a private water taxi. It was not cheap (about$250) but I thought it would be worth it to avoid the hassle when we arrived. We arrived and the driver picked us up and drove us to the plaza where all the water taxis are and basically told us to get out and pointed toward the water and said there are all the water taxis. When I said I’ve already paid for one where is it? He acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and said I just get you to this point. So I called Viator and told them what happened and they said the driver was supposed to take us directly to our water taxi that we had already paid for. I told them he didn’t and just left us there to fend for ourselves. That said let me put you on hold and look into this. After waiting 30 minutes on hold we finally paid for our own water taxi which of course we had already paid for. Needless to say we will not be using them ever again

Venice Water Taxi from Airport

We were met promptly at the airport and the person meeting us waited for 1 person in our group who took longer to exit the baggage area. A van was waiting outside to take us to our boat taxi - no need to carry our bags to the boat area. The boat then took us to our Venice stop. The ride was very scenic and we were helped with our luggage onto and off the van and boat. We had 5 people so the cost was not much more than the water bus. A well worth it luxury!
