  • A fairly big step has to be made into the boat. Our stewards will assist you with this.
  • When a lot of rain is predicted and/or the weather is colder than expected, the boat will be covered.
  • If you are unhappy with your experience, please let us know directly or stop by at the office. We strive to be the best in Amsterdam, and if this was not the case, we would be happy to discuss a full refund of your ticket price.
  • No boats at the dock? Please call us or visit our office at Leliegracht 50D (around the corner of the Anne Frank House)
  • No bachelor / birthday party groups allowed, please call us for a private boat option
  • Please be aware that the points of interest on the route may slightly vary depending on the departure point chosen
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 35 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

It’s a lot prettier when the sun is out and it’s not cold but well worth the experience even if it does seem a little touristy. The guide and captain are also funny and knowledgeable.

It is advertised as a luxury cruise with multiple sights. Crew was friendly but more interested in selling drinks. Very little narration, crowded seating, and hardly shown or cited anything of interest. Disappointing as past Viators were as expected.

The crew did their utmost best to make this tour interesting and fun. We enjoyed it. Unfortunately it was a very rainy day and we coundn't see much. Even on a sunny day, I'm not sure the visibility from this particular boat would have been good. I recommend this tour or something like it but in a boat with better windows.

Morgan & Gillian were delightful informative and entertaining! They had answers to our numerous questions. We enjoyed the wine and cheese. Despite the rain we were warm cozy and dry on board. Lovely experience

Phenomenal canal cruise! Definitely a league above the competition! The smaller boat with top notch drinks created an intimate experience with the city, especially at night. The crew was awesome, being super knowledgeable and funny, while also leaving some quiet time in between sights for guests to talk among themselves. It was abundantly clear that they put a lot of thought and effort into elevating the canal cruise beyond just a cliche Amsterdam thing. Seriously all around a great time, I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Had my kids with me… the tour guide swearing was not necessary. It was nice, great sights. Somewhat informative. Unnecessary to say… ask a question and we will try to answer but you wouldn’t know if we were right anyway… something along those lines…

We enjoyed this tour, it was cost effective and welcoming. There was great history trivia and land mark sighting. I would like to have had more. The guides were friendly and funny too!

This was a great canal tour. The tour was very scenic and enjoyable as well as informative with a good overview of some of the history of Amsterdam. The tour guides were very friendly and had a great senses of humor which really made the tour. Overall it was a great cruise and a nice way to spend some time on the canals.
