I would like to provide additional information regarding the recent incident involving Mr. Maharajan on our tour to Giethoorn and Zaanse Schans Windmills.
Despite our efforts to accommodate Mr. Maharajan's delay and provide assistance, he was late on two separate occasions and did not show up for departure. It is important to note that the rest of the group, consisting of approximately 25 persons, was on time for both occasions.
We made arrangements and communicated the schedule clearly, but unfortunately, Mr. Maharajan did not adhere to the timings. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to wait indefinitely due to our tight schedule and commitments.
