Ninguno: el operador canceló el tour y envió un mensaje poco claro sobre ello unas semanas antes del tour. Cuando pedí si me podían aclarar si toda la actividad o solo una de las actividades incluidas quedaban canceladas, no respondieron. Envié varios emails e hice varias llamadas telefónicas, todas sin respuesta. Finalmente, dos horas después de la supuesta hora de recogida, conseguí que me respondieran al teléfono. Me dijeron que todo el tour había sido cancelado. Cuando pregunté que por qué no se me había devuelto el dinero me respondieron que si yo no lo pedía, ellos no lo devolvían proactivamente.

Buen día Virginia, lamentamos mucho que hayas tenido que pasar por esta situación, nuestro tour de bioluminiscencia es un tour abierto solo por temporada en que se puede visualizar este fenómeno natural, sin embargo, debido al cambio climático que ha cambiado la temperatura a lo largo de estos últimos años, la temporada ha sido afectada. Cuando se acerco la fecha de tu tour aún no había este fenómeno por lo que se cancelo tu tour. Para poder realizar la devolución de tu dinero es necesario que se realice un proceso mediante plataforma, sin embargo, se ha hecho el reembolso de su tour debido a que no fue culpa de usted. Esperemos que en su próximo viaje si pueda realizar su tour y nos de la oportunidad de que experimente el tour así pueda darnos su opinión sobre el mismo. Saludos.
