    Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancun: Wyndham Garden Cancun Downtown Playa Del Carmen: Plaza las Perlas or Plaza Antigua Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be at Aloft Tulum The pickup time is set according to your location and starts at 07:00 am (xavage) and 03:00 pm (Xplor Fuego), the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

    • Minimum height for most activities 1.20M; Minimum height for Monster Truck 1.60M
    • Mandatory use of vest and helmet at the time of activities
    • For Ziplines the minimum height required is 3.6 ft. The minimum weight required is 88 lbs and a maximum of 300 lbs. The circumference capacity of the harness belt is 47 in (120 cm) and 25 in (65 cm) for the legs.
    • Activities have special requirements of height and weight. For Amphibious Vehicles, the minimum height is 3.6 ft (1.10 m); for Rafts and Stalactite River Swimming is 3.3 ft (1 m) tall and 300 lbs (136 kg) of weight.
    • Children under 12 years with a height greater than 1.40m must present identification to prove their age.
    • Use biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellent
    • Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring your swimsuit, towels and extra clothes
    • These tours do not operate on Sundays, keep that in mind
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 60 travelers

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
