What To Expect

Start with pickup at your hotel in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, or the Riviera Maya, then transfer to the Puerto Morelos marina, where a friendly crew will welcome you aboard the catamaran sailboat. Enjoy views of Riviera Maya beaches as you sail along the coast, with a guide to point out landmarks and highlights along the way.

Upon arrival in the Puerto Morelos National Reef Park, begin your snorkeling adventure: slip into the water to snorkel above coral formations, fans, and fish, part of the Great Mayan Reef system that stretches along the Caribbean coast.

Following the snorkel tour of Puerto Morelos National Reef Park, you’ll sit down for a delicious lunch with two drinks included, then return to the catamaran for an easy-going sail back to the marina. Find a comfortable seat on deck to enjoy drinks from the open bar, and soak up the tropical colors and coastal views. This 4-hour catamaran tour includes with return transfer to your hotel.

This trip was booked at 9:58 am for a 2pm trip. We requested transportation but didn't get any information about the time for pick-up. We reached out when we started to get worried about the lack of information and we told that we couldn't get a pickup and had to get there on our own or reschedule. This was our last day in Cancun so we couldn't reschedule so we had to bite find our own way there. We also already had bracelets to the park but were forced to buy additional bracelets through the marina. The snorkeling took place at one spot and the "reef" consisted of about 90% fan coral .. Our trip was supposed to include lunch but we only got a bag of ruffles on the catamaran. Instead, we were dropped off at a restaurant for dinner after the trip....and then stranded. We had no way of getting back so we had to find our own way back. So for a trip that claimed transportation was included, we had neither transportation to nor from the marina and ended up spending about as much on transportation as we did the catamaran trip. All in all, not at all the trip we hoped for and the response from customer service was extremely apathetic. Buyer beware.

Great boat great crew great open bar. Great lunch at the restaurant and on time transportation. Only drawback. I specifically booked this trip as I was told no more than 15 people would be on board. There was more than double that :(. Cut into our snorkrling time as we had to go in two groups .

Fantastic experience from the start. Tour guide and trip was spectacular. My only gripe is the food. After the tour we went to the hotel where lunch was provided and included for the tour. We went in hotel and was told that we could only get salad. We decided to just go back to our hotel and eat.

the staff was WONDERFUL and very entertaining. we loved it and had a great time. alittle bit more time fitting our masks is a suggestion, some of us as first time snorkelers had a hard time getting the right fit until we got in the water. very attentive with our drinks and any needs we had. the pictures were a great plus to see later. we had a disabled person with us with special needs. the staff was AWESOME getting him in and out of the small boat. lifting him - carrying him to place him on both boats. it was great and would highly recommend this trip. the main guy - can't remember his name - what a great sense of humor and very entertaining !!!! thank you for a memoriable experience.

The transfer had to be chased up...

The transfer had to be chased up. The person who called was told that the catamaran was a large boat, but when the group got to the marina the catamaran had already departed, so the group was put onto a small launch. They caught up with the catamaran. They were only offered one snorkelling stop and were told that lunch was not included. Eventually after a lot of negotiation thankfully one of the group speaks fluent Spanish, lunch was provided and a second stop was organised. We were entertaining a group of VIP clients so this tour was a disaster for us and caused our group leaders a lot of stress to cover up the mistakes made by the supplier.
