Pickup details

Pick-up is at client's Hotel Front Lobby or Tours/Activites drop-off area(if applicable). Upon reconfirmation, the client must send Hotel information and room number to schedule pick-up. The pick-up time may vary depending on logistics and location of hotel. The client will receive their exact pick-up time 1-day prior to departure.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

This was the best experience as a member of the LDS Church. Being picked up at the our hotel in an air conditioned van was the best. Our guide Mario was so knowledgeable and our whole family learned so much. We appreciated his time.
