What To Expect

Hop aboard your comfortable, air-conditioned minivan and enjoy a scenic two-hour drive to Chiquila Port. Save your energy for exploring or take a nap along the way.

From there, you can easily catch the ferry to Holbox Island. Though ferry tickets are not included in the shuttle fee, your transfer driver will make sure you arrive at the port in plenty of time to purchase them.

This shared shuttle service is perfect for first-time visitors to Cancun, offering an economical and convenient option. And don't worry about missing out on the fun if you're running a few minutes late, there is a strict 10-minute tolerance for departures. How to Get to Terminal 2 Domestic? If Your land in a different terminal there is a free inner terminal Shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes to other terminals once you get to terminal 2 domestic next to door number 8 there is an acces with a security Guard, you need show him your shuttle reservation and he will allow you to get in to the arrival section of the terminal, walk straight untill you see the welcome bar. hits important that you know we cant collect you in another terminal please try to be on time we only wait 10 minutes after our departure time. if you are short of time you can hire a taxi from terminal to terminal to take you to our meeting point. we are not responsable for flight delays.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Nightmare

We have them our arrival flight information and were told to meet the shuttle in front of the welcome bar outside the terminal. They never showed up. I called and they told us to go to the domestic terminal. We took a $50 taxi to the domestic terminal and the shuttle left. Had to take a $250 taxi to the Holbox ferry. Never again using Viator. Want my money back for a ride I never had.

On time and very good at keeping you updated. We arrived to terminal 3 and walked to terminal 2. You can also take the free shuttle. We waited by the welcome bar and by 1 pm our driver arrived. I was always in contact with there service center.

Shuttle service was great. They sent an email before we arrived with detailed instructions where to meet and fast communication on WhatsApp when we arrived. Driver was very nice and ride to destination was easy and quick.

They were very helpful. I didn’t realize the pick up was In another terminal and didn’t want to lose our ferry trip so we asked the airport porters to gets us a taxi to takes to the other terminal… they charged us $30!! 🤬 to into perspective we paid $60 for the 2 hour shuttle ride. Anyways putting that aside. The service was great and the drivers were super friendly. andrik drove us to chiquilla

The shuttle and Viator were completely inflexible and refused to work with us after running 10 minutes late due to long lines in customers. We advise that we would be there shortly after the deadline.

Our driver, Oliver, was amazing. He made us feel very comfortable on the 2 hour trip from Cancun airport to Chiquila. He also gave great recommendations for our stay in Holbox! Only note I have is that the meeting point was a bit out of the way from our landing terminal.

I was a little bit worried because the driver came a little bit late, so I started to worry maybe I’m at the wrong place, so be aware that the driver won’t be waiting in advance. Everything else was fine, drive was quick and driver was nice.
