Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service If the customer is staying at Costa Mujeres, there will be an extra fee of 5 USD per person During the visit to Coba Ruins the guide will stay at the bus, the customer will have free time and they have to meet the guide at the bus at a set time, if the customer is not at the bus as instructed, the transportation will leave and no refund will be provided *Important information* The main cenote is the Cenote Tankach-Ha, depending on the availability the cenote can change during the tour according to the guides decision.
