Sliced steak sauteéd with onion, tomato, vinegar, soya sauce. Served with French fries and rice. NOTE: available vegetarian

Chocotejas

The most favorites treats of Peruvians, created in Ica - Peru. Made with chocolate, blancmange and pecan. NOTE: There is free milk (MADE IN ADVANCE)

      We are located in CALLE SAN JUAN DE DIOS # 283 (this address is pointed in one block only, if you go on google map https://g.page/PeteCookingClass?share it will point you into CALLE NUEVA BAJA). From Plaza de Armas (main plaza) our cooking class is located almost in 3 blocks.

    SCAM. Worst experience...

    SCAM. Worst experience ever. Pete forgot almost every ítem on the list for the menu, algo the things que bought were not enough, if you drop an egg they would go again to buy it. He should buy for those cases. My friend had to cook salted beef and the only thing he did was peel a potato and cut a tomato. Its supposed to be a cooking class and he didnt teach anything, just gave instructions fairly unclear. I could write a lot, but the thing is just dont fall, this is a scam.

    Hi, thanks for the comment, but for us this is an exaggeration, we do not cook salted beef, the chef it is not call Pete, we don't make peel potatoes, if we need to peel potatoes we get the help of our asistent, and at the end the recipe we provide it has description you do not have to tahe notes. we are more than 7 years experiences, and day by day we are always looking for to impruve our activities.
