    Guide Victoria was outstanding!! Wonderful time. A beautiful reward after 435 steps! Definitely worth it!

    You could not hear anything guide was saying and headphones kept cutting out. After going up to the dome she collected headphones and we descended to go to bell tower which was included. We were told we could not enter even with our ticket for 45 minutes.

    Our tour guide was lovely, but the tour itself was misleading. Really it felt like we just met a guide, got some history, and than climbed to the top of the Dome which was beautiful and worth it. I thought were were going to also get to walk around the Duomo building more and learn more.

    The Duomo is a beautiful piece of art. Alex is a gifted speaker with truly amazing knowledge of the subject matter. It is possible to wonder around the inside and look at the cathedral without a guide but you would miss so much. Alex gave use the background, the history, the artist and people involved in the Duomo’s long history of construction.

    Didn't deliver what I'd booked. We didn't get the guided tour of the Duomo only access to climb to the top of the dome.

    The tour was interesting and the duomo is beautiful, but it was hard to hear the tour guide and her pronunciation of english words made it hard to understand her.

    The guide was very hard to understand and spoke so lightly couldn’t hear. Didn’t realize the tour consisted of just 15 mins in line with guide speaking and then climb the tower. Would have enjoyed a more in depth tour of the duomo.

    Guide was unintelligible, was put in the wrong group, guide did not give information, radios were poor quality, and guys handing them out were not kind or helpful.
    This was a very good tour of the outside and inside of the Duomo. Would definitely recommend.

    The tour started on time. The guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. She gave us a lot of insight into the history, design and religious context of the Duomo and the baptistery. The guide answered our questions well and explained clearly where to go and how to use our tickets to climb the dome and bell tower at the end of her tour.

    Not much to see in the Duomo. It was good that the ticket covered other venues, especially the Duomo Museum.

    Our guide was ready, but some of the participants were late. The guide was knowledgeable. It was very short. Our tickets included the climb to the dome. It was worth it. The tickets included other things, so we really had a value. I’m not sure what I selected, but it was worth visiting the other points of interest.

    The tour with Patrizia was a delight. She is warm, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. Although the tour was only an hour, she provided a thorough and engaging overview of the history and architecture. I highly recommend this experience!

    Awesome! So great to get to hear the specific history of the dome while going up. I would’ve missed a lot. The tickets also gave us access to the tower and cathedral and museum for 3 days - make sure to do it all!
    The Dome climb is worth it.

    The independent dome climb was definitely the best part, the views are stunning. Our guide was also very knowledgeable about the history of the cathedral and Florence in general.

    Not an easy climb, but the views at the top were definitely worth it. Just note that this is NOT a tour of the inside is the cathedral - you will see the cathedral below from the high balestrades, but the tour really is about the climb to the top of the dome. Much of the time, because of the steep and twisty staircase, we were unable to hear the tour guide through the head set.

    Impressive views of Florence. Just be aware to drop bags off at luggage storage before the tour.

    Short tour of the dome with guide as it is timed, but very impressive views of Florence and great look at the dome and duomo from the inside. Great that the ticket includes entry to the duomo main church and the grottoes that you can walk around yourself afterwards. Just to be aware that you need some extra time beforehand to drop your bag off at the luggage storage room (for free) as bags aren't allowed in the duomo and there can be quite a long queue for this, so arrive to the tour at least 10-15 mins early.
    The claiming is not for the faint of heart.. a lot of steps in an enclosed stair case.

    The view is.breath taking. I’m glad I did it! This a most so on the trip to Firenze. It will give you a great perspective of the life in the 1400’s.

    View was awesome! Tour guide rattled off lots of information though was hard to follow with so many details and a strong accent. Could only hear bits and pieces of what she said once starting the climb due to poor connection/audio quality.

    Great view of Florence from the dome. This experience was superb. The Duomo is very impressive and the trip to the top is not to be missed.
