unfortunately the Pitti Palace in this post-emergency covid 19 period, changes its opening hours very often. In recent weeks the Palace is opening only during the afternoon, from 13.30 onwards and this is not up to us. It is a decision that is taken directly by the director of Palazzo Pitti, since there are not many staff available, unfortunately he has to make shortened opening hours. Is also not our fault if there is little tourism and few queues in this period, we do our service, booking the ticket at a scheduled time and deliver it to the customer. As for our office, we have the meeting point in the historic center of Florence, we pay a very high rent to maintain such a central office, so as not to have a meeting point on the street like many other tour companies do. Anyway the office is only 10 minutes by walk from the Palace and is clearly indicated on the voucher. I'm sad that your experience was not satisfactory for you, we did our best, we were available any time, responding you at the phone also early in the morning, before the opening time of our office, trying to help you. We also helped you to find a place to have lunch and we're sad that after this you wrote a bad review. Anyway thanks and best regards.
