Made it a few minutes late. They did not provide audio or tour. Had to walk around on our own. Was just ok.

Experience was good. I liked having my own headphones to control my experience. Also liked being able to move at my own pace. The reps showed up around 15 min before our timed entry. Don’t look for them sooner - they won’t be there!

Could not find the tour operator to provide the tickets. We did not know that the tickets would not be emailed or sent digitally. So we lost $100 and never got into the museum.
Very poor service and not worth the effort to book with you

The most memorable thing was the total inefficiency of picking up the tickets. We had to find somone wandering around outside uffiizi, she didnt have the tickes, we had to go with her to proove the age, then wait again, she eventually came back with some but not all of the tickets. She sent somone else off t get remining ticket. Eventually after 30 mins we had them all, but had missed our slot. We then had to queue for another 20 minutes to be let in. Not worth the hassle or money to go with you.

Dear Kerry, thank you for writing a review, we will surely use your critique to grow and improve our services. Unfortunately, some of the things you are critiquing are out of our control, like the fact that to retrieve a reduced ticket we need the ID of the minor, or the cue, which is mostly due to the metal detector at the entrance of the museum, and not the time slot on your ticket. Moreover, we are the only agency that sends two assistants on-site in order to make the process of retrieving the tickets as smooth as possible. Le billet coupe file ne sert à rien. Nous avons fait la queue comme tout le monde, nous aurions payé nos billets directement ça nous serait revenu 15 euros moins cher par personne.

Cher Nicolas, nous vous remercions d'avoir laissé un commentaire. Nous prenons au sérieux tous les commentaires et toutes les critiques afin de pouvoir toujours développer et améliorer nos services. Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez dû faire la queue pendant un certain temps, mais le nombre de visiteurs que les Uffizi accueillent chaque jour est énorme, surtout après la période des Covid. Malheureusement, précisément à cause du Covid, il existe des règles d'entrée assez strictes qui ralentissent certainement la file d'attente, tout comme le détecteur de métaux à l'entrée du musée. Malgré cela, nous sommes sûrs qu'il n'aurait pas attendu plus d'un quart d'heure et, de plus, s'il avait acheté des billets sur place, il aurait également dû faire la queue dans une autre file, ce qui lui a permis de gagner un temps précieux pour profiter du musée et le visiter à son gré.
