    We will meet our guests in front of the Neptune Fountain located in Piazza della Signoria. You will find easily the fountain because is the ONLY fountain and also you will recognize the big white statue. Our guides will have a Joy of Florence sign.

Pickup details

If your hotel is in the main center of the city we can pick you up directly there. The main center for us are these areas: Santa Maria Novella; San Marco; San Lorenzo; Santa Croce, Santo Spirito; San Frediano; San Niccolò; the Cathedral and Signoria. Please let us know the address of your hotel to check it and avoid misunderstandings. If you arrive by train we will pick you up from the Train Station.

Joy of Florence and Consuelo—amazing!

We cannot sing higher praises for Joy Of Florence or our tour guide, Conseulo. She was so wonderful—knowledgeable, kind, easygoing, and had answers for all of our questions. Due to my own oversight of forgetting to buy tickets plus some technical issues, we had an audible the morning of our reservation—conseulo was kind enough to help us figure out getting tickets for a new date and honoring our existing reservation. That is not something I would have expected and not something they had to do for us. The Uffizi is incredible and was made much easier to quickly navigate and learn about with Consuelo as our guide. Fantastico!

Uffizi is amazing and Oksana was a wonderful guide. I’ve visited the museum before but having a guide made a world of difference. Oksana shared stories about the artist’s lives and the history of the times, giving us a much greater understanding and appreciation of these masterpieces. She pointed out small details we never would have noticed. Early morning helped us get ahead of the crowds. The private tour ( just 2 of us) allowed us to be close to both the art and our guide (no need for annoying ear phones). I highly recommend this tour! Stephanie
