Really exceeded my expectations! The pick up location is right behind the museum building. I was able to go in earlier than my scheduled time! I liked that I was able to go at my own pace.
Confusing Ticket Pickup Location

World class museum and second time going was even more amazing! The details about WHERE to pickup the tickets was not very clear. Arrived 15 minutes early at spot we thought it was at Door 3 and gentlemen was not very helpful. Finally was able to find the tour company office after asking people on the street where the address was. Give yourself more than 15 minutes before set time. Planning on returning and would use tour company again.

Skipped NO lines what a rip off

Ticket to enter was just 16 euros. Don’t buy this, it is so not worth it. We still had to wait in the long security line… the only line this lets you skip is the line as the ticket office. Criminals.

This experience gets your skip the line to the galleria. We purchased a headset guide for €6 each. The galleria is massive. You could spend a full half day inside if you love history, art, or religion. We noticed several tour groups with a guide. That may be a good option for you if you like having someone explain things to you and ensuring you see the highlights of the galleria. There is a cafeteria at the end of the second floor with a few food options and drinks. The only bathroom is under the cafeteria at the end of the second floor. The galleria is very impressive!

Getting the voucher was a bit confusing. The gallery is wonderful, full of great art. Very crowded, even in late October early in the day on Sunday. Possibly a week day would have been a better choice.

This truly was a skip-the-line experience. There was no waiting either to collect our tickets or to enter the museum. The number of visitors to the museum was minimal which made the artwork very accessible and visible. The Botticelli room brought tears to my eyes. The entire experience was breathtaking.

The ticket office was right around the corner, so it was very convenient. We got the tickets last minute, so we paid a pretty big premium. I didn't see a huge line to get in(like at the Vatican Museum!) So not sure if skip the line is the only way to go. But like I said, we were last minute and I wanted to be sure to get in.

The Uffizi is an unbelievable gallery with the most fabulous collection of art through the centuries, from the Roman era through to the mid-20th century. We were there 2 hours but could have easily spent the whole day there.

This made visiting the museum super easy! We met in the office right across the street (no lines at all) and was personally walked over to a VIP entrance where we went right in. On the way, the operator gave us some tips on what to look for. If going to this museum, highly recommend!

Not worth it

This is not worth the $ at all. I had to go and pick up the tickets from an office outside of the museum to then have a man walk me to the line and tell me to stand in it. That’s it. That’s what you’re paying almost double for. And the best part, there are no directions or instructions - not on how to get there nor on where to meet or who to look for and definitely not on getting there early to access the museum early.

Dear Customer, we’re sorry about the delay at the entrance to the Uffizi but this unfortunately didn’t depend from us and we regret reading something that went wrong that has nothing to do with our service. Unfortunately, the delay depended on the organization of the Uffizi Gallery and on the period that we are living, in which there are a lot of controls before entering (temperature, ID cards and all the documents due to the covid emergency). Prenotato i biglietti per gli Uffizi quando sul sito ufficiale erano esauriti, Grazie a Viator siamo riusciti ad averli con il saltacode! Abbiamo ritirato i biglietti in un ufficio poco distante il giorno stesso La coda alle biglietterie nel giorno della visita era di 5 ore, noi in 15 min siamo entrati. Consigliatissimo!!
