Enjoy the 17 miles of the Na Pali Coast of Kauai while riding on the 37’ Naiad, Kauai Voyager boat. You’ll have the option to snorkel and explore the caves, if weather is permitting. If not, you will explore more of the cliffs along the coast. Keep your eyes open for Spinner Dolphins of Polihale, Hawaiian Sea Turtles, and possible Humpback whales.

What To Expect

Start your adventure at the historic Koloa Plantation building, arriving independently for your Kauai coastal trip. Board a 25-foot inflatable boat in a small group, ensuring a more intimate and less crowded experience.

Begin your journey passing the famous Spouting Horn blowhole, and Queen Emma's former residence near Allerton Bay. An onboard give enhances the tour by sharing insights into the island's history.

As you approach your first snorkeling spot, you can look out for lots of marine life, including yellow tang, dolphins, and Hawaiian green sea turtles. Descend into the ocean with the provided snorkeling gear to explore vibrant reefs and marine life.

Refuel with provided snacks and non-alcoholic beverages before moving to the second snorkeling spot. The tour concludes back at the historic Koloa Plantation building, capping off a day of marine discovery and scenic beauty.

I highly recommend this activity. You cannot get a proper appreciation for the napali cost unless you are in the water of air. Breath taking would be an understatement! Captain J and crew were very good. Funny, full of information about the coast and the islands history in general.

Fantastic Excursion

Captain Nohili and Shane did an excellent job making the trip comfortable and enjoyable! We had our kids ages 14,12 and 8 along. The boat was very clean and the crew kept all the directions simple and easy to follow. There were about 17-20 people on the boat and all the seats were good. We saw an incredible amount of wildlife (whales, and dolphins) and the crew were knowledgeable and respectful of the sea life. Captain N impressed us with his awesome boating skills getting us into some amazing cave locations. drinks and snacks were offered at the perfect times to avoid anyone getting hangry. The speed of the boat kept the kiddos happy-highly recommend!

incredible excursion of the Napali coast!! HIghly recommend Captain Andy and his first mate Shawn, they were excellent and provided an incredible experience my wife and I will never forget. They also got us back to port just in time to ensure we made our flight back that evening :)

It was a very great trip with captain John and Mason. They were funny and attentive at the same time! On our way to the Napali Coast we saw wales and dolphins. At the end we had one stop for snorkelling.

This was a fantastic tour. The captains and Shane were both friendly, entertaining and super helpful after I became a tad bit seasick. We learned the local history of the coast and saw all of the great areas I’ve seen in pictures. We were also lucky enough to have a mama whale and her 3 day old calf give us an unexpected show! I highly recommend Captain J’s for a tour of the NaPali coast. Excellent, excellent time!

Highly recommended!! Very experienced crew that handled the winter weather swells beautifully. Snorkeling cove had many fish and turtles. Whales were also spotted and the captain stopped the boat for an up close view of a mom and calf. Worth the price!!!

We had a great time doing this trip. So great getting up super close the magnificent Na Pali coast. Captain Miguel and his crew (Austin and Shane) all took great care of us with drinks and snacks, and telling us the history of this wonderful place. As a bonus, we saw an adult whale and calf doing fin splashes right in front of us for about 10 minutes!
