Excellent tour from pick up by Martin who was very informative about the history of Krakow to the mine guide. Only difficulty was sometimes being unable to hear the guide as we walked due to the size of the group passing through the tunnels

The pickup location was a different time to our actual ticket but we were notified on WhatsApp. The drive there and back was smooth. The tour was really good and would recommend. The only downside was you don’t have enough time to visit the museum as we had to get back to the van for pick up.

The whole experience was excellent! Gregor picked us up from the hotel at the arranged time and then walked us to the start of the tour. He explained everything in very accurate English and was a superb driver/host. Great communication via text before the hotel collection. Highly recommended. The salt mines will blow your mind!! Awesome!
