- The 3-hour tour consists of a 15-minute Segway riding training session and a 3-hour guided tour and a short break in the middle of the tour
- Minimum weight is 30 kg (65 lb), maximum weight is 135 kg (300 lb)
- Not allowed for participants under influence of alcohol
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

My two sisters & I have Segwayed in several cities & find it the best way explore & see the sights when there is limited time- this experience was no exception! The guides were knowledgeable. We took a 3 hour excursion, around Krakow, the Jewish area & the old town. We think that three women in their sixties were so competent!

Zee was a fantastic guide, with lots of great information about this wonderful city. The segways with a short lesson was a great way to cover the distances, much quicker than walking. Helpful, friendly and informative oh and FUN! Best adventure so far.

See was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour as he not only showed us the highlights of the Jewish and old quarters he also gave recommendations of food, galleries and sights to see. He even went above and beyond when we couldn’t get a taxi to take us to another booking, so he drove us in his personal vehicle to our destination. Would recommend this company and Zee 100%. Fantastic !Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it as it’s a fabulous way to see the sights and experience the city. We did it on our fist morning and it really helped us find our way around. The tour guides and Constantine were excellent,knowledgeable and friendly. Segway tours will be the first thing on the list when travelling in future .

We had a really good trip around Krakow on segways. Always fun to ride but coupled with a knowlegable guide who took us to some great spots and seeing the dragon roar and the university clock were a highlight. Well recommended.

This was not our first Segway tour of a city that were visiting, and it was helpful to be confident on the devices. The tour group was small, just four of us plus our guide, Tomaz, which was nice. Tomaz was hugely knowlegable, about the history of the city, and of the moverment of Jews over the centuries. And it turned out that there was some family history that brought the narrative to life. Although Tomaz's English was good, he did speak quite fast. This with his regular use of polish nouns, for places and names, together with his native accent, made it diffucult to undersand him on several occasions. It's not meant to be a criticism, just a bit of constructive feedback.

Great way to find way around the town and see the sites that may not find on a short break.
Segway is easy to use after a few minutes training and we were given a waterproof poncho due to light rain shower

It was fun riding around on the Segways but the tour guides English wasn't great and he kept trying to tell jokes that no one understood

Unfortunately it was very cold and wet so the shorter tour would have been better - by the end of the three hours we we’re freezing. Son and hubby loved the segways, I didn’t so much (I fell off and got told off). The gentleman running the tour was lovely but struggled to understand what he was saying for most of the tour so probably not best if this will be your only tour of the city. If you are looking for a quick way to get your bearings and have an ‘experience’ at the same time it is perfect
