Impossible to find addresses for stops. We had to call Viator to get help finding the pickup point.
Estela_N, Apr 2024
None, however, the employees were very nice and helpful. Prior to leaving, we were not provided a map with address of pick up locations.any of the headphone sockets did not work. Hard to see inside the bus from downstairs. Since there are mobility issues, going upstairs is not feasible so good views from downstairs is important.
Response from Host, Apr 2024
Thank you for bringing the headphone issue to our attention, we will look into it with our team in Mexico City. If you download the Turibus App, it is free of charge and has maps and information about every stop. We will also try to improve the visibility downstairs. The film that covers the glass is on to protect from the sun, we will try to improve that.
Long wait times.
Keena_H, Mar 2024
Very difficult to navigate. Even if you book online you make a long line to get a ticket and bracelet. The routes are long and if up top be prepared to duck and take a hat.
Response from Host, Apr 2024
Hello, we try to be as quick as possible in giving access to all passengers, and we will try to improve this segment of the activity. We appreciate you leaving a comment.
At least it’s inexpensive
Jim_B, Jan 2024
Super crowded, much of the technology doesn’t work. App defaulted to Spanish and we saw no way to translate.
Response from Host, Jan 2024
Thank you for sharing your feedback and bringing these issues to our attention. We will look into them to fix them and provide a better service.
Good city overview
alfonso_b, Dec 2023
Great overview of the city. Buses don’t run frequently outside of the red line. Long wait to get in the bus at Zócalo
Response from Host, Jan 2024
Thank you for your comment. December is one of the year's busiest seasons, so we will work harder to lower the waiting time at the different stops. Happy Holidays!
Was Not Able To Participate

I was not able to participate in this activity due to illness and had requested a refund. Thank you!
Not as easy as other cities
Angie_B, Sep 2023
The English commentary is good and the routes cover much of the city, but it was much more confusing than other tourist buses I’ve been on in other countries. Locating the stops was hard. It would have helped to have a printed map to know where to catch the bus. Eg I was excited to see the Freda museum but couldn’t find the stop after. I know I hadn’t taken note of its location, but googling and google maps weren’t at all helpful. I eventually got an Uber to the next stop and after 45 minutes waiting I grabbed another Uber back to my hotel which cost me A$20. People in general had lots of questions to ask on the morning rides as the info provided isn’t very intuitive. I really like tourist buses like this, but this one was much more difficult. I have been on a few others in South America so it wasn’t just a language barrier.
Response from Host, Sep 2023
We thank you for your comment. If you bought your ticket on Viator or Tripadvisor, in the Ticket Redemption section, we recommend downloading the Turibus App, it contains maps, stops, photographs, information about each stop, audio, and discounts. Or you could ask a member of our team for a map and they will direct you to the Turibus App.
Very good

Mexico City
Jolene_P, Jun 2023
We only got the red and green route done in two days. Waiting for buses between stops due to traffic is crazy.
Response from Host, Jun 2023
Hello, we are sorry about the local traffic, yes, it could get crazy some days. However, we try to meet our schedules as best as possible. Thank you for dropping a comment, we really appreciate it.

The narratives on the different sites and scenes the bus took participants through. The downside is the fact that the service is not consistent with important details such as where to alight in order to change routes. Whereas the tour I took on June 13 was very good at that, a second tour I took on June 15 did not. In addition, that door got caught in one of the many Mexico City traffic nightmares. We spent almost 40 minutes just trying to go through the Simón Bolívar Roundanout. That in itself was not the frustrating thing for me. To me, it was the fact that tourists cannot count on making all 4 routes or "tramos" because of the frequent traffic jams. But all told, the Turibus service is still the best way to see Mexico. I would only recommend that you buy the two-day ticket for $20. That way, whatever you dud not get to see due to traffic problems on Day 1 can be taken care of on Day 2.
Response from Host, Jun 2023
Thank you very much for your comment, we appreciate you sharing your experience with others. Unfortunately, we cannot control the local traffic but still try to comply with our schedules. As you point out, some days have better traffic than others. Thank you for dropping a comment.
Excellent tour, went to it first day, get the lay of the land.
Grace_s, Jun 2023
I plan this for the first after arrival. Get the lay of the land. The day tour, I recognize the place.
Response from Host, Jun 2023
Thank you very much for your comment. We hope you enjoyed the tour.

Disappointed
Debra_S, Oct 2022
We went to the pickup by our hotel and there wasn't a pickup there on Sunday. The closest pickup was 4km away. No one notified us that there wasn't a pickup available at that location on Sundays even though our tickets were for Sunday.
Response from Host, Oct 2022
Hello, thank you for your comment. We would like to investigate your feedback further and know the date and where exactly was the official stop from your hotel so we can find out what happened that day. Please feel free to send a message to administracion_otas@mobilityado.com Thank you. Best regards, The Turibus Team CDMX
Short wait for buses ....
Yolanda_P, Jul 2022
Short wait for buses . Accommodating guide...I would definitely recommend to friends... hop on green bus & it was quite late ...we thought will be on our own return to red bus to centro historic...there was a bus waiting for people who were stucked in traffic ...sure they take care of their customers ...a great way to boost tourism...

Best solo tour bus!
Paola_L, Mar 2022
Easy to find the stops and transfers with well posted signage. Loved the digital route map via the QBR code. Very affordable passes for one or two days. All staff wears uniforms and employee IDs very visible. I felt extremely safe and loved the entire historic route. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Response from Host, Mar 2022
Hello Paola, we hope this message finds you well. Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment and sharing your positive experience with others! We will continue to work hard to provide the best service to our passengers. Best regards, The Turibus Team CDMX
Good way to see the city!
Zoe_F, Feb 2022
Fun way to see the city and get around. I loved learning about the city through the audio guide. I took only the red line (historica central) I heard there is quite a wait for some of the other lines so I avoided those and didn't have any issue. The process of getting on the bus in zocalto was easy enough as long as you read the instructions included in the ticket beforehand. The red route is a bit repetitive if you take the whole thing as it takes the same street for both ways. But its a great way to get around!
Response from Host, Mar 2022
Dear passenger, Thank you for your comment, we deeply appreciate it and we are glad that your experience matched your expectations. We hope you continue to have a great vacation! Best regards, Turibus Team CDMX
Loud but nice
Marcella_W, Jan 2022
Its a nice concept to discover a city. It is ridiculous though that you have to wear mouthmasks when your on the roof of the bus, in the open air with already more than 1.5 meter distance between the seats. Also I highly recommend to loose the music, especially the classical music. Silence can be very nice you know. At one point my head couldn’t take it anymore and I couldn’t wait to get off at the next stop. In the second bus the spanish tour voice was way to loud, so it was almost impossible to hear the english translation through my headphones. Better also to let the english translation start a bit later when the spanish begins, so you have the chance to put in your headphones. Cause keeping them in was no option with that annoying loud music. Also its ridiculous that when the bus is standing still at a stop for ten minutes or more, to keep the engine running. Which was the case. My feedback is with the best intentions, so you improve your business. All the best!
Response from Host, Jan 2022
Dear Passenger, Thank you for sharing your experience with others! At Turibus we deeply value your feedback, and as you mentioned, it helps us do better. Thank you for bringing the Spanish volume issue to our attention, we will look into it right away and fix it, and we will check with our Operations Team the fact of keeping the engine running while the bus is standing still. We are following all Covid-19 security measures and in Mexico City, wearing a mask at all times is mandatory, hopefully, this will change soon. Thank you again for your valuable comments and for taking the time to write a review. On behalf of the Turibus Team, we hope you continue to have a wonderful vacation! Best regards, Turibus Team CDMX

Que nos engañaron los museos estaban cerrados y dijeron que estaban abiertos perdimos el dia Los museos no abren los lunes
Response from Host, Jun 2023
