      The tour was not as announced

      The driver and the guide were very kind and helpful. But the tour was not organized as announced. It took around 2 hours picking up people in different very far hotels and we were more than the 14 maximum tourists announced. Moreover, the van was very uncomfortable.

      Hello, we are sorry that our services were not to your liking. The pickup is scheduled to start at 8 and end at 9:30, although if there are people in Polanco we will start at 7:30, (information given in the tour description); It is a group tour of a maximum of 14 people traveling in vans with capacity for this number of people, additional 3 more places for guide, driver and co-pilot

      The evening before our tour, we were told that we would picked up at our AirBNB at 7:50 for our 9:00 tour. I asked if a later pick-up time was possible, but the organizer said no due to the locations of picking up other guests. 1.5 hours later - and after a few confusing stops picking up/ dropping off multiple guests - we picked up our final tour attendees ... about three blocks from our AirBNB. We could have walked to meet there at 9:15, rather than riding in the van in circles since 7:50. There were multiple stops along the way that could've been cut, including a stadium parking lot (...?) but they did break up the car ride. Bring a snack; you won't eat until around 2:00. The good part about taking a tour to Xochimilco is that you get to skip the line when you get to the boats. Our guide was knowledgable and very kind but talked a lot during the drive home. Additionally, interpretation was not available for our mostly English-speaking group. Overall, I would recommend choosing this tour with caution. Read the other reviews before booking.

      hello, good afternoon We offer the pick up to all passengers who are within the area that we specified Polanco, which is the area where you were, is the furthest and that is why we start there at 7:50. All our guides are bilingual and the tour is given in both languages. We cannot skip the stop at the Azteca stadium since some visitors find it interesting and it is important for them to visit.

      Nice day . Got to see a lot of different things , and very informative . Liked the university a lot . Two things , it would be easier to follow if the guide did Spanish , and then english , vs every line both , it was hard to follow . And would not book every single seat on the van . Since so much riding , that last row w 3 people really isn’t fair .

      This tour was not what the description says. We drove for more hours than sight seeing. Instead of 8 hours, it finished in 4 hours. Took them 2 hours to pick up people. We were not given any time to enjoy and see the places properly, it’s was just basically Xochimilco boat ride and 30 mins in Coyoacan downtown. The guide spoke little English. Don’t take this tour, it wasted our time.

      We paid for the Xochimilco and Coyoacan tour and we were taken to other stops which were not in our agenda. Upon pick up we were in a van with other groups for different destinations. Stopped at Cultural de la UNAM for about 45 mins for a history lesson (not in our agenda) and then split up for our tour. We were then taken to some little city to a shopping store (again not in agenda) and spent over 1 hr there. After that we drove over 1.5 hrs to Coyocan (turibus gets you there faster) with stops to the college, library and collesium. Arrived at Coyocan spending close to 30 mins circling around for parking. We were given a brief tour of some sites and then only given 30 mins free time!!?? Then it was back to van to go to Xochimilco. Another 1 hr long drive to get to Xochimilco. Arrived around 2:30 pm for the boat experience and lunch. Lunch at 2:30? The Xochimilco experience and food was good. Very disappointed that again we had 0 time for shopping! It was off the boat, toilet break and back on van to head back to our hotel. It seemed the driver did not want to give us any free time as to not to wait around for us to enjoy these 2 destinations. I've done this tour before via other booking agent and we were given over 1 hr of free time to each of these destinations.

      If you’re not into shopping, look for a trip to Xochmilco only! We spent a lot of time going to souvenir shops & on a traffic heavy day this took away time at the stops actually worth visiting. Much of my group were also not interested in the shopping & were standing around outside the buildings for at least fifteen minutes on two occasions waiting for the guide. Xochimilco however was absolutely worth it. We were on the boat for around an hour - lunch is ordered (200peso) & drinks available (between 20-30 peso) - they don’t tell you these charges until the end. Tour included a stop at Freda Kahlo’s house but literally getting out the bus, taking a photo outside, and getting back in the bus. This felt like a shame as an interesting story of Freda’s life was told for the 30 minutes it took to reach the Blue House. Biggest positive was the price- probably tricky to get out to Xochimilco on your own accord so for the price maybe you can suck up the 7 hours of blah for the one hour on the canals.

      Sincerely I have read your opinion and I would like to clarify some points since our agency is 100% committed to customer satisfaction. On our tour it clearly indicates that you will visit a handicraft shop, for many people it is satisfactory, since they also receive an artist who shows the work and ingenuity of their crafts. The visit to the blue house museum is only for the photo since there is nothing else to do if you do not plan to enter and our guide gives you clear information about the history of this artist and the house. In Xochimilco nobody is forced to consume the products but everyone is invited to do so and obviously they have a cost. Traffic is something that we cannot control in such a large city, but we always visit all the places we offer without affecting the itinerary.       The experience involves a lot more shopping time than advertised. We also got back a good bit later than advertised: the tour lasted for 8 hours, from 930-530. Nevertheless, the hour or so in Xochimilco was an interesting, lively experience, and I'm not sure if a solo or couple traveling alone would be able to recreate that without the larger group tour. Our tour operator was very friendly and informative.

      We really enjoyed this tour. Luis, our guide was really helpful with a lot of knowledge on the history and culture and always attentive to all our needs, we definitely recommend it and Xochimilco in my kids words, it was a a very flower full fun ride!

      Miguel was great and the tour was interesting and fun for the whole family. Be aware that if you go on Sunday there will be delays because of Reforma being shutdown in the morning.

      Bel intermède lors d’un séjour d’une semaine à Mexico City. Activité très bien organisée avec transfert inclus. Alexjandra était excellente. La visite des sites était agréable.. la promenade en bateau à Xochimilco était vraiment sympathique et détendue. Cette activité permet de voir les environs de CDMX.

      Buenas noches, un día antes te enviamos mensaje con las indicaciones del punto de encuentro y la hora en la que llegaría el guia, en la información del tour están las áreas donde recogemos a los pasajeros y los puntos de encuentro si estas fuera de ellos. Nuestro guia llego al punto de encuentro a la hora indicada esperamos 15 minutos y ustedes no llegaron.
