The boat ride was incredible. As for the tour as a whole…The food, the coffee, the people, the tour guide made the trip worthwhile. Incredible value! Money well spent. I will do it again next trip.

We booked Como, Bellagio, & Ghisallo only to find out we were going to Logano and not Ghisallo. Operator said its the same tour, can you believe that!!! We did not bring our passports because we thought were just going within Italy. They left us at Bellagio with no info on how to go back to Milan. Paula the tour guide is not people friendly, not enough info is being given on places we go to, she only has a paper she helds up for us to follow her. No stick tall enough that we can see her. We should get our money back or at least half because as Ive said they left us in Bellagio with no info given. Its cruelty!!!

Anna was an amazing tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and walked with us around each town giving us so much information. So much fun!!! The country is beautiful and we received a complimentary upgrade to see Switzerland which was awesome. Highly recommend.

Overall the tour was good. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and taught the group a lot about the areas visited. When I arrived at what I thought was the meeting point, I was standing in the wrong area and didn’t realize I needed to cross the street. I contacted the tour company to make sure I was in the right place and the male attendant who answered the phone was very rude. He asked for my confirmation number (though I’m still not sure why that was needed at the time) then proceeded to raise his voice and aggressively advised that I forget about the tour and call viator to get my money back. I (on my own) figured out the right meeting point and felt that the female tour guide was also rude and dismissive. They did manage to find my confirmation and the tour was great once we arrived in Como.

A scenic and cultural day trip

Staying in Milan for the first time, we wanted to explore outside the city experience and this day trip was perfect for that. Alice was an excellent tour guide, friendly and knowledgeable and clearly appreciative of the region that she guided us through. The various stops during the day were varied and provided beautiful scenery, a ferry trip, dining, shopping and ended with a cultural experience visiting the historic church, Santuario Della Madonna del Ghisallo. Recommended.

Riccardo oversaw a wonderful day for us at lake, Cuomo and Bellagio. He was knowledgeable, professional, and at the same time friendly and funny. He smoothly handled a few scenarios that occurred, such as one where the bus wasn’t able to stop. He took great care of us and showed us a terrific time. We can’t say enough good things about the trip and especially about our guide Riccardo.

Nice day trip to both Lake Como and Bellagio. Meeting place easy to find, exactly where specified. Given a bottle of water and earphones to use while walking around both towns. Ample time to enjoy either lunch or a glass of wine. The boat ride gave gorgeous views of all the little towns on Lake Como. Would have liked to have learned more about the towns when we were there. But overall a very good day with spectacular views.

We were upgraded to include Lugano in Switzerland and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our tour guide, Adrian was amazing. Very knowledgeable and pointed out all the places of interest, even George Clooney’s villa from a distance. Adrian went out of his way to ensure all guests were happy with the experience. We definitely recommend this tour. It’s a long day but we’ll worth it.

A great trip out on the water. Kiara was a lovely guide. The ferry was extremely busy but you could still hear Kiara’s tour through the headset. I was sat on the wrong side of the boat to see what she was describing but once I figured that out it was a great time. Bellagio was also extremely busy and there wasn’t enough time to do anything but have a quick bite to eat. You spend more time alone than with the tour group. The drive through the mountains was gorgeous.
