Our Pick up service takes place in the center of Milan The bus takes approximately one hour to pick up all of the passengers, subject to traffic conditions and the number of passengers booked for that particular tour. For this reason, pick up times are shown as an interval “Starting from 7:30” means that we will pick up you at your hotel at 7:30 or after in order to be in time for the beginning of the tour.

Pleasant enough but rushed at times

It was a wonderful tour but too rushed in Lake Como. More time needed to explore or have the guide slow down. Guide was knowledgeable and attentive.

Your Turist guide was so rushing and running which was not normal Any other group around us was not like that Horrifying experience I would not recommend this to anyone else Plus I have talked to other people in the group they have the same opinion!!

Wish we had more time in Lugano. Maybe the tour should leave an hour earlier to add that time. Also wish our tour guide would have used radios for the Lake Como boat ride so we could understand more about the area. Group was all split up because of other people on board.

Minimal guidance, radios given out were defective, we went by coach but on the return part of the trip we were put on the train back to Milan.

Lugano was spectacular as intimidated. The boat ride on lake Cumo was every bit spectacular as well. The tour guide did an excellent job keeping us on schedule.

The Lake Como and Lugano tour was great. We stopped over in the city of Como, then caught a boat around the Lake for around an hour. The tour bus took us across the Swiss border to Lugano. We had 2 hours to see the city. Was a very nice day tour.

Booked this day trip to visit lake Como and Lugano in one day. Najma was a great tour guide and we enjoyed the boat ride on Lake Como. If you book the Lugano option be aware that the bus does not bring you back to the original meeting point. With this option, you will have to take the train from Lugano back to Milano Centrale. Despite this confusion, I enjoyed the day trip and would recommend it.

The entire experience was unbelievable! Alot of the credit was because of our guide. I can’t believe I didn’t take her name. She was extremely knowledgeable and her passion for travel and history for both Italy and Switzerland were fantastic!!

We had a very pleasant time. The sightseeing was really wonderful. The day tour was perfect to know the lake and Lugano. We had enough time to have lunch and go around before meeting the group in the end of the day. Our tour guide was nice, with a good communication.

The tour guide Judie is very nice and accommodating. The Lake Como cruise is very nice. Also the visit to Lugano Switzerland is worth the trip.
