Never got the chance to go

This app had me waiting at the wrong location for this tour so I tried to message the operator but it was to late so I have requested a refund through the app. They was picking me up at my hotel instead of the location that the vaitor app told me to go to in the area that I was in it was hard to message him until I got to another location. So I never got to go on this tour.

We confirmed the pick-up address with you on the day of your tour, once again, in order to reinforce that we would pick you up at your hotel and your work would only be to wait at the reception. I believe there was a mistake on your part in interpreting the information contained in your reservation. We are sorry that it was not possible to carry out the tour, but our guide was waiting for you at your hotel for over an hour, as confirmed. We are available for you to make this wonderful tour next time.

Une de mes plus mauvaise expérience Nous n avons fait aucune des visites proposer Avons pris un verre devant le bar gay car inaccessible le seul bar que le guide nous a proposé Le club ou nous sommes allés ne pouvant contenir plus de 165 personnes , ils ne nous étaient pas possible de faire 3 h de queue ... Aucune autre proposition de la part du guide qui avait été prévenu la vieille En visitant les sites gay nous avons pu faire plus de choses que ce qu on nous à proposer pour ce tour À boycotter Je demande le'remboursement
