    • Hotel pickup from Tulum hotels is not available. Passengers staying at Tulum Hotels must meet the tour at the designated meeting point.
    • Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby or meeting point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
    • You should bring swimwear, towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen, insect repellent and spending cash for incidentals.
    • An additional surcharge of 380MXN for the Natural reserve fee for conservation efforts and Tulum Local Tax is payable on the day of your activity.

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
    • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

    Not what I wanted at all

    Booked this tour specifically for the Tulum Ruins and Chaak Tun Cenotes. We were taken to neither of those places because Tulum Ruins is under maintenance and they reached out to say they’ll take us to Coba Ruins instead. I agreed since they said the cenote would stay the same but once we did the tour, we were taken to a different cenote I definitely would have never booked this tour if I knew. It was basically an outdoor spring which was not jaw dropping like the indoor caves. The tour guide was really great, but would not have booked this tour if we knew neither of the locations we booked this tour for was going to happen. Viator won’t give a refund either

    Dear Dana_W Thank you for reviewing our Tulum Day Trip, we appreciate your feedback. As you mention, due to maintenance, the Tulum ruins were off limits for a couple of days and we had to reach out to all of our valued guests to offer a great option, which are the Coba Ruins. With this change of venue, we must adjust other parts of the tour in order to make it as smooth as possible and thus, a temporal change of Cenote was also needed in order to keep this full day experience as smooth and easy as possible.
