If you are staying outside our legal pick up zone, we are happy to meet you at our default pick up location—Sheraton Grand Hotel (1400 6th Ave). If you're unclear whether your hotel is included in our pick-up zone, give us a call! We will call/text/email the afternoon of the day prior to your tour to confirm your pick-up location and exact pick-up time. No need to check-in before we contact you (unless you have a question, of course!). If you haven't provided information on where you are staying while making your booking - you can update us later by emailing or calling our team.

I attended this tour with my best friend when I was visiting her in Seattle, and this was the best part of my trip! We got to see amazing views of Mt. Rainier, had a change to go snowshoeing (which I never thought I would do in my life), hiked to a gorgeous waterfall, and visited 2 wineries with beautiful views and delicious wine! Although it was a long day, it was so worth it for everything that was included in the tour. Our tour guide, Sarah, was phenomenal! She shared a ton of information about Seattle, Washington, the places we stopped or passed by on the tour, and everything in between. She was so informative and made me feel like I was learning in a fun way! I also loved the snacks and meals provided on the trip. Breakfast and an amazing gourmet lunch were provided, as well as a giant picnic basket of snacks that we had access to the entire trip. This tour was definitely worth every penny, and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Highly recommend! Kevin, our tour guide picked us up bright and early with pep in his step. As we drove to Mt. Rainier, he told us about the history, culture and weather/climate. He made extra stops to show us wild life and beautiful scenic views. The morning coffee and pastries were yummy. We hiked Nisqually Vista Trail and it was absolutely breathtaking (literally for me, but worth every step). We ate our homemade lunch at the picnic area. It was so very good! After lunch, we stopped at two wonderful wineries, Owen Roe and Fortuity Cellars for a wine tasting adventure. Both wineries showcased what Yakima Valley had to offer with their personal touch.

Was sick the morning of the hike after potentially being exposed to Covid and Viator/this company denied a refund request. $600 loss and still unable to attend the hike. Obviously they are more concerned about money than customer service.

I am very sorry to hear that you were unable to travel with us. Viator has a 24 hour cancellation policy, and since you called just a couple of hours prior to your tour to cancel, you were not eligible for a refund for your tour. Despite Viator's cancellation policy, our team did offer to rebook your reservation for a different date so that you could still partake in the tour, which you declined.
I understand this is a frustrating situation, and would like to try to do what I can to help you. While I can't offer a refund since you booked through a third party (Viator), I am able to offer you two gift certificates for a future tour with us. This was the best thing my husband and I could have done while visiting Seattle! Kevin was a great guide and went out of his way to show us and tell us about Washington state. He pointed out points of interest along the drive, stopped at some great places to get photos, and answered all of our questions about the nature and fauna in Mt. Rainier National Park! He was a great guide and photographer when we were hiking. Our picnic was great as were the wineries we went to after our hike. Overall, highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Seattle! It was a great way for us to end our trip.

We had a wonderful group, the lunch and treat were delicious! Kevin, our guide, was very nice, considerate, accommodating, and patient. We would have liked to have been given a little more history of the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!!

Sarah was AMAZING. This was a great tour and I will recommend it to any of my friends visiting Seattle. The breakfast and lunch tasted wonderful and it was so much fun immersing myself in nature. I took this as a solo trip and I felt so welcomed the entire time. The waterfall and snowshoe experience is something I will always treasure. I definitely plan on booking through this company again. 10/10. Thank you Sarah and Marjorie for a wonderful time.

This excursion was worth every penny. Karen was a phenomenal guide- extremely knowledgeable, friendly, very communicative. Pick up was easy and she kept us on time throughout the day. The hikes were manageable and the views were stunning. It's exactly the nature experience I was hoping for. Lunch was really good; I was half expecting some deli sandwiches and chips, but this was a legitimate, plated lunch- curried chicken breast, smoked mozzarella pasta salad, Asian-style green beans, and tofu. Karen had plenty of snacks and drinks for us. The tastings at the wineries was a nice way to end the trip, and the drive from the west to the east side of the Cascades to get there was gorgeous to see. I'd love to do this excursion with friends next time I'm in Seattle.

Wow! I can't even being to express what an incredible tour this was. My best friend & I (in our 30's for reference) booked this together and all we continue to say is what an absolutely perfect day it was. We began our morning with a timely pickup from our hotel, about a 1.5 hour drive where we were given a wealth of knowledge about all of our surroundings. We then made stops to see Mt. Ranier, sip hot coffee & snack on some morning pastries, go on hikes to waterfalls, and walks through beautiful moss-covered forests. After our morning adventures, we stopped to have a perfectly planned lunch with delicious food & a beautiful view. If you like cookies, we RAVED about the ones provided at lunch! Shortly after, we made our way to the Yakima Valley to sip wine in the sunshine at a Fortuity winery & followed by Owen Roe vineyard. We were given a wealth of knowledge about wine, grapes, notes of the wine & how to taste it, and even pick some fresh apples. We finished up our day with snacks & then made our way back to Seattle. While we saw amazing sights and tasted amazing wine, what truly made our day spectacular, was our tour guide, Kevin. When I say he is the best tour guide I've ever had, I mean it. I've been on many, many tours & this one takes the cake. He is knowledgeable, friendly and an absolute BLAST (also, not a bad van karaoke singer)! There were five people total on the tour and he catered to each of our likings to the best of his abilities. Some of us were quiet, some of us were friendly and some of us were the life of the party (ha!). Kevin has a true passion for what he does and you can immediately recognize that he loves it. When you take a tour like this, it makes all of the difference when your guide is as dedicated and passionate as Kevin. I can honestly say I wouldn't change even one thing about our trip. Take this tour and make sure Kevin is your guide!!!
