We are sorry for your review, but we have to underline some points:
On the page product there was clearly written that it was a combination of gondola ride plus skip the line ticket of Doge’s Palace and all the indication for both meeting points are specified. And, on the inclusions, there is not mention to a “guided tour of Doge’s Palace” or a kind of assistance from the gondola mooring point to the Doge’s Palace.
On this month (December) we have had at least 25 tour like this without having any problems.
Anyway, on the voucher there is our number office open 7/7 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and you should’ve called us in order to give you the proper help.
Regarding the refund: all the clients can ask the refund write directly where you bought the activity (in this case, Tripadvisor) and then our Refund Office will manage the request.
