A fabulous tour with a range of delicious treats and the optional extras of breakfast wine, angry wine and spritzes! The variety of food was great and we tried things we'd never tried before and we loved the little hidden treasures of bars and bakeries that we visited. We loved the pastries at our first stop and the wide range of cicchettis with delicious toppings but the fried cheese and ham sandwiches were definitely the winning dish for our entire party of 10! Dennis was fun and informative and really made our tour a memorable experience.

Our guide Denis was very knowledgable and there was a great choice of cichetti. We really enjoyed seeing the less known areas of the city and hearing about other places that are worth visiting

My advice: Don't eat before coming to the tour, and don't plan the dinner later!

It was fun tour! Plus... interesting local food. Our guide Anna, was funny, telling us about history/tradition of Venus and showing local food shops. We had at least 5 testings, a lot of food to try. Anna was asking us, what particularly we want between each testing, because the venues even offer verities and you can pick what you like... so smart! My advice: Don't eat before coming to the tour, and don't plan the dinner later! You will be so full!

Insightful, interesting and a great way to experience parts of Venice you might easily miss. Anna, our guide, spoke clear English and really knew all the details of the food, sights, places and names of the tour. She arrived promptly in an easy to find location and we were quickly on with our tour. Lots of fascinating information and insights, regular and timely stop offs at at least 5 places to sample the food and street food delights of Venice. Highlights were the amazing fresh fish and veg markets, the detailed informed dialogue and the various tasting stop offs. There is something for everyone and you are informed and asked what you want/prefer all along the way. Our guide was open to questions, suggestions and very informal and courteous. A really great experience with a full 2+ hours of walking, eating and information. We really enjoyed it. Notes would be, the walking is great but wear good walking footwear as the paths can be uneven and drinks are not included in the tour (the food tasters are) but are available on route for extra cost. This was a great morning. Worth every penny!

We had a lovely guide called Alicia, who was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. At each of the 5 places, we tasted something sweet or savoury (note we only stopped to sit and eat once, otherwise we stood). Very interesting way to get to know more about the city.
