    Detta är inte en pålitlig värd. Jag bokade med henne och dagen för vår bokning Jag gick till hennes hus och ringde på hennes dörr. När det gick 15 minuter utan svar skickade jag ett meddelande till henne bara för att få reda på att hon är på affärsresa och avbokade. Jag hade hela min dag centrerad kring den klassen. Hon slösade bort värdefull tid och pengar på transporter. Jag rekommenderar att du bokar någon annanstans. Det finns bättre alternativ i Bologna.

    En sådan fantastisk upplevelse med Alessia! Hon är verkligen en underbar värd! Älskade hennes röda kök & hennes mysiga utrymme, & att hon öppnade sitt hem för att lära oss att göra pasta och tiramisu. Lärde mig så mycket & hade det bra. Allt var utsökt! ! !

    Detta var en riktigt rolig aktivitet. Du får gå till en lokals hus, lära dig att göra pasta, laga den, äta den! Mina två tonåringar gillade verkligen att kavla upp ärmarna och engagera sig. Sedan, efter att du har ätit och druckit dig mätt, behöver du inte ens diska! Vi gjorde detta som en del av en liten grupp vilket resulterade i intressanta samtal över en fantastisk middag. Värden som driver denna verksamhet är underbar och välkomnande. Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera!

    Alessia var mycket välkomnande! Vi var nio och hon såg till att alla som ville prova kunde; väldigt bra med alla. Bra samtal med andra gäster. Bäst av allt var luftkonditionering och renlighet?

    While this experience was advertised as a "private event" your group only, there were 2 other groups there, a total of 8 people. It turned out find, they were all nice people, but not what I expected from the description on Viator. Alessia is very fun and she knew her stuff, she was helpful with each person. The learning experience was enjoyable and the dinner was great. You get to be in her home and see how an Italian couple live. The space was a little tight for 8 people, but she made it work. I would recommend this to others, just be aware if you want a "private" experience, this might not be it. You could walk to her home from the train station, it took about 1/2 hour, there were good sidewalks the entire way, we felt safe while walking.

    Alessia was a great teacher for our family with 11 year old twins, including everyone in each step of the way. The food was delicious and the guests were fun. Alessia was a gracious host.

    We had such a wonderful time with Alessia! She truly was such a wonderful teacher and made the whole experience so fun! It’s in such a personal setting and she has all the ingredients and explains each step thoroughly. Please make sure to reach out to her regarding the start time and make sure to book her because this was one of our favorite activities! Hope to do it again and bring family!

    We had a great time making pasta and dessert . If you want a peek into a typical Italian home , not a commercial operation, this is it. Best part is enjoying the meal together afterwards

    Fun Cooking Experience

    Alessia is located about a half hour walk from center city. There were 7 of us in total. I was worried because the space is on the small side and we took turns making the tiramisu. Making the pasta was much more hands on and we all did all of the steps. The experience really makes you appreciate the work for a homemade pasta. We then enjoyed our pasta in sauces made by Alessia and the tiramisu. It was a really fun evening and a good value.

    My husband and I had an amazing evening with Alessia. It was truly an authentic experience to learn from her. The food was delicious and she was a wonderful teacher and host. We loved the entire experience.

    We were welcomed into Alessia’s home for our cooking class, and she was very warm and accommodating. Even before the class, she kept in touch about the class and location and made sure of any food restrictions. We all enjoyed the learning experience and were able to participate in most stages of the preparation. Eating your culinary creations is your reward. Whether you have any cooking talent or not, you will find this class enjoyable and informative.
